Humans and Dragons

There was once a World where Dragons and humans lived together peacefully. That was before the humans thought they could control the Dragons. The Dragons fought back and both sides lost a lot of people. They finally reach an agreement. They decide that the humans would stay where they are and the Dragons would go to the other side of the continent.

It took centuries before they slowly started to see each other again. It started with a few men going into the Dragons territory. The Dragons eventually tricked the men into working for them. They had the men make weapons for them. They need the weapons to fight the Cyclops that have started to move into their territory. This is what they tell the men anyway. They are really building weapons to help fight the humans if they ever decide to fight again. Once the men create the weapons their memory is wiped and sent back to the humans.

One day the Dragons Sam and Ella were flying around and they noticed something small on the side of the road. As they get closer they realize it is a human toddler. They land and walk up to the toddler. They make sure it is ok. Sam went to look around to see if he could find the parents while Ella stayed with the toddler. Sam came back. He was unable to find the parents. They have to decide what to do with the toddler. They decide to take it back to their leader. The toddler road on Ellas back to the village.

When they landed half the village was waiting on them because they were late. When the toddler slid off Ellas back the Dragons that were there were shocked and started asking questions.Ella and Sam explained what happened. They then took the toddler to the village leader. He listened to their story and decided that Sam and Ella would raise the toddler and train them. Sam and Ella start to protest but the leader was not having any of it. He said the village will help.

When you get home you look at each other and just start laughing at how this morning you were just a normal couple on patrol and now you have a human toddler to take care of. You go see the Elders to see if they have any books or knowledge on how to raise a human toddler. They give you a few books and all the knowledge they have about humans and how to raise them.

This includes what they eat and how to prepare the food, what they wear and how they will develop. You both are grateful for the information. You go home and start your new life of raising a human toddler.

The first thing you have to do is figure out how to make food for them. You start by going out and collecting fruits and vegetables. You cut it with your talons. For the ones that need to be cooked you start a fire with your breath and cook them. You know they will need meat eventually. You start to hunt deer and boar to feed them as they get older. You both decide it is time for the human to have a name. You both decide on the name Kellie.

As Kellie started to get older you taught them how to farm and hunt their own food. The village also started to train them in the ways of the Dragon. Kellie is taught the language of the Dragon.They learned the history of the Dragon. They were also told the story of what happened between the Dragons and the humans centuries ago. Kellie was told the humans started it because they thought they could control the Dragons and use them in their fighting.

When Kellie became a teenager the Dragons taught them how to fight. They wanted them to be prepared in case anything ever happened. The Dragons do not have many enemies but the few they do have are powerful. As Kellie becomes an adult they are well trained with the dragon way and how they fight and the history of the Dragon. They are part of the family.

Ella and Sam watch as Kellie leaves to join the Dragon Army. The Dragons are preparing to fight the Cyclops. They are going to use the weapons the humans made for them. The Cyclops are a tough opponent and they fight hard. The Dragons eventually defeat the Cyclop. Kellie really enjoys fighting alongside the Dragons.

The humans see that the Dragons are a little down and see an opportunity to attack them. What the Dragons do not know is that Kellie was a spy for the humans. They have been feeding information to the humans about the Dragons strategy and where they will be. The Dragons did not stand a chance this time against the humans.

Kellie and the humans defeat the Dragons and Kellie goes and starts his life with his human parents.
