The true meaning of heaven and hell may be found in the choices we make every day.

For a time people all around the world have wondered about heaven and hell. People from religions have different ideas about what heaven and hell are like but most people think that heaven is a place where people are happy and at peace and hell is a place where people suffer. These ideas have been a part of what people believe and how they live for thousands of years.. Heaven and hell can also teach us something about how we live our lives.

A lot of people think of heaven as a place where everyone is happy and loves each other. It is like a reward for people who're good and honest. On the hand hell is usually thought of as a place where people are unhappy and regret the things they did.. Some people think that heaven and hell are not just places we go after we die they are also things we can experience while we are still alive.

There is a story about heaven and hell that shows us what this means. In the story a man is taken to two rooms where people are eating. Both rooms have lots of food and nice tables. Everything people need to have a great meal.. The people in both rooms have spoons that are too long to use to feed themselves.

In the room everyone is unhappy and frustrated. They try to feed themselves. They cannot. They get angry and selfish. Nobody is happy. Even though there is plenty of food nobody can eat. This room is like hell.

The second room is the same. The food and tables are the same. The people have the same long spoons.. The people in this room are happy and smiling. Of trying to feed themselves they use their spoons to feed the people across from them.. Because of this everyone has enough to eat and is happy. This room is like heaven.

The important thing to learn from this story is that the difference between heaven and hell is not where we are but how we act. The same situation can be either great or terrible depending on how people choose to behave.

This is something we can use in our lives. Every day we make choices that affect us and the people around us. When we choose to be kind, patient and helpful we make the world a better place. We make people feel good when we help them support them or're kind to them. These things make us happy. Bring us peace and they make our lives feel more like heaven. Even small things, like helping a friend or being kind to someone we do not know can make a difference.

On the hand when we are selfish, greedy or mean we can make people unhappy. Someone who only thinks about themselves might get what they want for a while but they will have trouble making friends and being happy. When people do not help each other they often do not get along. Trust each other. This is how hell can exist, not as a place we might go after we die but as a result of how people act.

What psychologists say today also supports this idea. They have found that people who are thankful, kind and generous are usually happier and feel better, about themselves. Helping others can give us a sense of purpose. Make us feel good.. Being angry, jealous or selfish all the time can make us stressed and unhappy.

In the end heaven and hell are reminders to think about how we act and what we believe in. Whether we think about them in a philosophical or psychological way they remind us that what we do matters. Every time we're kind we make the world a better place and every time we are selfish we can make people suffer.

The message is simple: heaven and hell are what we make them. When we choose to be kind, understanding and generous we can make the world a bit better every day.
