Fool me once, shame on you!

twice? No chance!

By Neeharika BhaskarlaPublished 2 years ago • 1 min read

You go around, chasing every fleeting desire,

calling it the nature of men.

As if loyalty is a burden,

as if self-control is a myth.

And yet you turn around and brand women sluts and whores,

shaming them for the very things you glorify in yourself.

Pick a damn lane.

You expected me to wait? To stay?

Like a fool, blind to the hypocrisy?

No.

You were wrong so very wrong.

And for the record,

even a piece of shit has some value.

You? Not so much.
