As children, we held innocent dreams of growing up quickly, believing that we could achieve our ideals without restraint and work diligently to pursue our dreams. We thought that all good things would come our way as adults.

However, as we transition from childhood to adulthood, the weight of responsibilities grows. We have elders to care for, spouses and children to support, and the challenges that come with reaching our 30s. Gradually, we learn to find stability in our lives.

Yes, the struggles of adulthood often go unnoticed. On the surface, we may appear calm, but within, our hearts can be heavy with bitterness. It could be the smallest of incidents that suddenly bring tears to our eyes, and the sense of grievance is difficult to contain.

The adult world can be daunting, and work can be exhausting.

Nevertheless, we find a unique sense of accomplishment in our endeavors. When faced with mundane tasks, we sigh and push ourselves to work harder. Despite life’s hardships, a glimmer of hope always manages to pierce the darkness.

We may not have doting parents, only our diligent hands to rely on. We might lack limitless wealth but are always willing to give. We are as common as a grain of sand or a blade of grass, persistently growing under the sun and drifting along with the prevailing winds.

If destiny hasn’t favored us, we must work hard to create a better future. The path ahead must be traversed one step at a time, and we must earn our living. Only then can we live the life we desire and find contentment.

Even in the face of life’s disappointments and its many ups and downs, we must tackle it with strength. Smiles or bitter faces won’t solve our problems in difficult times, and we must bear our responsibilities without complaints.

As adults, we shoulder our duties and reserve our tears for the moments when they shouldn’t fall.

Those who truly understand us need no explanation, while those who don’t understand us won’t benefit from any explanation. Those who love us won’t abandon us, and those who don’t will eventually leave, regardless of our efforts.

Wholeheartedly be yourself, even if you’re not perfect; you are still beautiful.

Remind yourself to persevere!

Understand that no one can truly rescue you, so you must progress and work diligently. Realize that no one can replace your emotions, so you must endure and accept them.

After living for so many years, see through all the falsehoods; after traversing so many paths, understand all the highs and lows.

Tell yourself to take care!

Don’t get too caught up in work; take a stroll when you have the chance. Don’t constantly worry about others; spare some compassion for yourself.

Don’t take too many people too seriously; not everyone deserves your kindness. Don’t let too many things trouble you; overthinking only adds to your woes.

Tell yourself that no matter how challenging life gets, you must persevere.

Many roads in life must be walked alone.

Tell yourself that, no matter how tough life becomes, you must work hard. Others can’t bear the burdens of life on your behalf.

Tell yourself that, no matter how arduous life is, you must take care of yourself and learn to heal your own wounds.

Sometimes, you may feel that your work is demanding, but you must remember that in every profession, in every corner of the world, there are challenges we may not be aware of, and the hidden bitterness that no one acknowledges.
