Dragonfly: The Devil's Deception

Chapter I

Akash is a 24-year-old young man who just moved to London from Kolkata with his ill mother, Aditi. He was working in a local restaurant adequately. Akash’s mother is suffering from Cancer.

The busy streets of London help Akash to make ends meet but it's not enough to cure his mother's disease. One day, his life completely changed. Akash met George in the restaurant while serving the food at the late hour. George is a billionaire and mysterious gangster. When he looked at his appearance, he was shocked. George and Akash have similar faces, aka they are lookalikes. George offers Akash a life-changing deal that can change his fate.

Chapter II

George told Akash that his gang members observed him for the last couple of months, soon after he moved to London. They informed him about his lookalike. George offers Akash to switch each other positions to conquer his enemies. Akash was initially hesitant, but George assured him that he wasn't offering this opportunity for free and that he will pay him enough money. In addition, George pledges to help him to cure his mother Aditi's cancer.

Impassively, Akash agrees to Geroge's offer and is ready to swap each other's place. Finally, he can get enough money which can help him in the treatment of his mother. However, as soon as Akash steps into the dark world, he discovers Geroge's powerful enemies with global reach.

Chapter III

Akash sets out on a global adventure with George's men. George gives Akash phone instructions and process guidance prior to each mission.

His journey started in Tokyo, where he faced danger at every turn. After completing the first mission, Akash is all set to go to Istanbul for his second mission. One day, George’s men instruct Akash that he will go to a bar in Istanbul to seize the illegal drug dealers. Akash goes there as George and asks the drug leader to stop his illegal business as instructed by George. A quarrel arrives; one of the drug leader’s men tries to approach Akash with a knife. However, he was shot by one of George’s men.

A shootout took place and five of the drug dealer’s men got killed. George’s men asked Akash to get out of that place with that bag and burn them. However, the drug mafia with two of his men started to chase him. Akash (disguised as George) shoots one of them down. However, he fell in front of a wall. The drug dealer asked him to surrender and handed him that bag. All of a sudden a bullet came and killed the drug leader and his remaining man. The person who shoots them is Agatha, George's sharp-witted personal assistant.

She said that she belongs to George’s team. George called his men, and they informed him that the mission was done. Later, in the evening, George asked Agatha and Akash via video chat whether they were fine or not. In addition, George informs Akash that his mother, Aditi, is getting cured, and she has almost recovered 50% from cancer. Then, the next morning, Akash and Agatha take their flight toward Singapore for their next mission.

Akash and Agatha teamed up as a duo to complete other missions. Unexpectedly, both became emotionally attracted to each other.

Chapter IV

After finishing the call with Akash and Agatha, George heard the doorbell and went towards the entrance. He opens the door and meets Bella, Akash's charming neighbor in London. She works in the local diagnostic center and came to deliver Aditi’s medicine. George (as Akash) asks Bella to enter. They have a warm conversation about Aditi’s health and speedy recovery. However, Bella isn’t aware of the fact that it is George (disguised as Akash). George also decided not to reveal the truth that he and Akash swapped each other’s places.

On the other hand, on the flight, Akash and Agatha shared a deep conversation. It includes how they got into this and how George became a gangster. Agatha smiles and replies to Akash that fate has made George a gangster, but he has a good heart. George was an orphan and adopted by a late local gangster. After his passing, George took the throne. However, George is always against drug trafficking. One day a dispute arises between George and other gang members.

George suggested that they should try to live a normal life. He raises his voice against drug trafficking and assures that he will spend the rest of his life as a good businessman instead of a gangster. However, they didn’t listen. They set up their own agency known as ‘The Devil’s Arrow’. George faces difficulties in diminishing them alone. So, he recruited Akash.

Now Akash understood the fact. Agatha joined George’s team to seek revenge for her father’s death. Agatha’s father was in the FBI but killed by a few evil gangsters. After finding it out, George hires Agatha (almost 5 years ago) to bring down the evil gangsters and the real enemy.

Akash: Real Enemy?

Agatha: Yes.

Akash: Who is he?

Agatha: No one knows. But people call him ‘The Dragonfly’. He is the mastermind behind ‘The Devil’s Arrow’.

As Akash went deeper into Geroge's world, he found comfort with Agatha. In addition, he started generating a few feelings for her. Meanwhile, George who kept himself away from love and had no time for it, finally falls for Bella.

Chapter V

After completing their mission in Singapore, Akash and Agatha traveled to Rome, Italy. Now their mission is to bring the important encrypted file that belongs to ‘Dragonfly’. They succeed after overcoming minor hurdles. On the other side, George (as Akash) and Bella started dating each other. They started going to watch movies, concerts, and cooking meals together, also, taking care of Akash's mother, Aditi.

Akash and Agatha reached Zagreb, Croatia. As instructed by George over the phone, their duty is to befriend their enemy Liam Luther. He is one of the dangerous enemies of George and wants to spread drug trafficking around the world. Akash and Agatha were aware of that and wanted to gain his confidence. So, they can steal the second and last crucial information about ‘Dragonfly’.

On the other side, George was noticed by one of Liam’s men in London. George was arriving at Akash’s residence with Bella and Aditi. He tried to inform this news to Liam. However, as Liam was outside, the phone was received by Akash and Agatha. Akash informs George immediately with a text message. After reaching successfully home, George goes to that member and kills him. Bella and Aditi were desperate about where he went. However, George manages it brilliantly with his communication skills.

Meanwhile, Akash and Agatha manage to escape Liam’s place with the second encrypted file. Agatha asks Akash to leave right now. She will take care of this file and investigate it. Agatha reveals that she is an FBI agent hired by George. She got the position after her father’s demise. Agatha thanked and hugged Akash in the airport and they both went to their desired destination. Akash finally boarded the flight towards London and Agatha towards Boston. He regretted for a while that he failed to express his feelings for Agatha. Contrarily, also feels happy that he is going to meet his mother after a long time.

The next evening, George (as Akash) gave medicines to Aditi and told her a piece of good news. As per the reports, Aditi is 100% recovered from cancer. A conversation started taking place between them. Aditi asks him if he is her son Akash or not. George was surprised.

Aditi: I know my son pretty well. I married early, got pregnant, and lost my husband at a very early age. From that period, Akash was my only reason to live.

George: I, I know it (in a muttered voice).

Aditi: You’re not my son. Who are you? (With a gentle smile)

George reveals the truth to Aditi. He tells her everything about his past and also assures her that his son will be returning tomorrow. George who was an orphan from childhood, and later adopted by a gangster, feels like he has got a family. He also requested Aditi not to reveal the truth to Bella. He deeply falls in love with her, but Bella thinks he is Akash.

They are almost a step closer to disclosing the identity of 'The Dragonfly'. Thanks to Akash and Agatha's clever mindset and Geroge's brilliant strategy.

Chapter VI

Akash returns to his home in London and is surprised to see George and his mom Aditi together. George told him not to worry about it, she knows everything. Also, she has been completely recovered from cancer. Later that evening, George and Akash were having a conversation. Geroge finally reveals that his father (who adopted him) told him that he should live his entire life as a good human being and not be like them (gangsters) as his final words. It is the main reason that George wants to demolish entire drug trafficking. George also reveals to Akash that he has fallen in love with his neighbor Bella and the motherly nature of Aditi transforms him into a better person.

On the other side, while extracting the files in her Boston office, Agatha saw something shocking. So, she decided to go through those files again on her computer. Meanwhile, Liam realized that it was George’s plan to steal those files. He asks his gang members to call a few specific people who want to assassinate George. Liam calls George without telling him his proper intention.

He asks him to visit Edinburgh for a special celebration. He will introduce other members to him and also reveal the identity of ‘The Dragonfly’. Agatha, from her office after finding the true identity of ‘The Dragonfly’ tried to reach George and Akash via phone. However, she failed due to network issues.

After the phone call, Akash asked George who was on the phone call and if he could help him. However, George refused and told him that he had done enough, more than he wished for. So he doesn’t want any further trouble for him and Aditi.

Akash: It could be their plan.

George: Maybe. But you’ve done so much and I don’t want any further trouble for you. (And asked him to take care of his mother)

Akash: What about Bella? What will happen to her if anything happens to you?

Akash reveals that he also fell in love with George’s personal assistant Agatha, but fails to express it. George sighs and pats on Akash’s shoulder. Suddenly, a person started shouting Akash’s name. It turns out to be Bella. Akash hides near the room. Bella came and saw Akash’s luggage asking George (as Akash) where he was going. She doesn't know that George and Akash are two different people.

Bella: Are you going somewhere?

George (as Akash): Yes, to Edinburgh.

Bella: I also wanted to go.

George: No, you can’t. Is it dangerous?

Bella: Dangerous!!?

George: No, I mean.

George, as he can’t reveal the truth, fails to disagree with Bella. Now, Bella and George are all set to travel to Edinburgh via train. The next morning, Agatha calls Akash. She told him that she discovered the identity of ‘The Dragonfly’ and also asked about George’s location. Akash told her that George and Bella went to Edinburgh.

Agatha: What? Edinburgh?

Akash: Yes, what happened?

Agatha: Oh, no.

Agatha reveals to Akash that it’s Liam’s plan to assassinate George.

Akash: By the way, have you got the identity of 'The Dragonfly'?

Agatha (sighs): Yes.

Akash: Who is he?

Agatha remained silent and looked again at her files and computer.

Meanwhile, in Edinburgh, George was spending quality time with Bella without revealing his identity. Bella was buying flowers. Suddenly, a man came and gave George a letter. The letter includes that Liam is also against ‘The Dragonfly’ and issues an invitation to meet him at a bar close to Victoria Street tomorrow. Bella noticed George’s strange behavior and asked him if he was alright. George smiled and said, ‘Yeah, it’s fine’.

Chapter VII

The next morning, George wakes up, gives a kiss on Bella’s forehead, and leaves for Victoria Street to meet Liam. Bella pretends to fall asleep, has decides to follow him.

George reached the place and was greeted by Liam’s men. After a long conversation, George and Liam came to a disagreement. Liam said that he knew that George would deny his offer. So he asks his gang members to assassinate George.

George: Okay, shoot me. But at least tell me the identity of ‘The Dragonfly’. So, I can die in peace.

Liam (laughs): You’re kidding me.

All of a sudden, Bella came and hugged George.

George: What are you doing here?

Bella: I won’t let you die alone.

George: Are you kidding? Just get out of here.

Liam: Well, that’s so sweet. I will kill you both then.

George: Your problem is with me. So leave her. She’s innocent.

Liam (after smiling): Okay, you wanted to know the identity of ‘The Dragonfly’, aren’t you? He is your enemy, isn’t he?

George (sighs): Yes!

Liam: He is our enemy. Not Yours. How can you be your own enemy?

George: Pardon.

Liam: Then, listen. The real ‘Dragonfly’ is you, George. You.

Liam reveals that their organization ‘The Devil’s Arrow’ pointed George as the ‘Dragonfly’. They wanted to assassinate him after he refused their illegal business growth. As it is a difficult task, the evil gangsters decide to organize a scheme against George. It is known as the ‘Dragonfly’. Bella is also shocked and looks into George’s eye.

Bella: So, the person I thought Akash, is George.

George: If we survived the place, I will tell you everything, the truth.

Liam: I wish, but you guys couldn’t.

Liam orders one of his gang members to shoot them down. A bullet came and killed that shooter. Everyone looked all around and found it was Akash who fired the gun. George is shocked and asks Akash what he is doing here. Akash replied that he saved his mother now it’s his duty to save him.

George: I told you to look after your mom.

Akash: Don’t worry Agatha and I arranged higher securities to look after her. No one will dare to cross the place.

Liam: Wait, what? Who is the person who I met in Zagreb?

Akash: It’s a long story dude.

Liam orders all of his members to kill them. However, three of his gang members got killed. It was Agatha and her team who came to the rescue.

In the heart of the Scottish capital, Akash and George united in the battle against the 'Devil's Arrow' gang. Agatha and her team members also assist them in this process.

A bullet almost going to hit on Agatha’s arm, but she is saved by Akash. Agatha thanked Akash and then they both expressed their love to each other. Agatha expresses that she also fell in love with Akash and they kissed each other.

The shootout continues, George, Akash, Agatha, and their team members chase and kill every evil gangster including Liam.

Finally, the Devil's empire fell down. Akash and Agatha with George and Bella assembled. They cleared all their confusions. Finally, George reveals the truth to Bella including his feelings for her.

Afterwards: A New Beginning

Akash is now free from the shadows and is all set to start and new chapter of his life with Agatha.

George and Bella are all set to tie the knot. Their wedding is organized by Akash, Agatha, and their team members. Akash’s mother Aditi is also present there. She blessed the couple. Later, Akash and Agatha also got engaged.

Therefore, they all live ever after happily.
