Diamonds Are A Girls Best Friend
Coming In At A Close Second, A Good Diamond Heist
"I do," she said breathlessly, smiling as she kissed the groom, a man old enough to be her father.
Moments later, she was flagging down a cab, changing clothes, as she climbed in. The driver asked, "where to?"
"Anywhere but here," she said smiling. She spun in her seat and watched out the back window, as her husband stood waiting for her to meet him to cut the cake. He would be waiting for a while.
Some women are the bride, some the bridesmaid, but Heidi, had been the bride, again, for the 13th time, in as many years. Each time the men got older, and the diamonds got bigger.
She had become infamously known as, the blushing bandit bride.
After having had her heart broken and being left for broke by the one man she'd ever loved, Heidi "vowed", she would never fall for love again. And every man she met, would pay dearly, for the discrepancies of the one who got away.
As the taxi rounded the corner, the driver said, "so, what kind of diamond did you score this time?"
Heidi flung her arms around him and kissed his neck giggling, "you tell me, you're the expert."

Amazing storytelling, writing & storyline! Loved the dialogue as well. Awesome work! Simply amazing! BRAVO!
Oh, this is great. Really creative. Well done, my friend.
She stole your heart, you old fart, & the diamond as well, you broken-hearted swell. And fenced it with a taxi driving jeweler?
