Frank eyed the man tied to the chair. Giddiness rippled through him, followed by nausea.

They had actually beaten him!

The boss ranted. Raved! The man in the chair merely listened. Frank glanced at the rest of the guys. They all looked victorious, and yet...

"...it's just a fucking car, just a fucking dog!"

The boss threw on his coat. Frank and the rest of the men closed in.

Then the man spoke. His words were dark, rasping-

Murderous.

"...just a dog..."

That's when Frank knew he was fucked.
