Coffee Eclipse Indulgent

Mike and Tina met at a South Carolina eclipse event on August 21, 2017. They were both coffee caffeine addicts, so to speak. There was no coffee stand at the event. They were just having a conversation and they ended up starting an event coffee stand business together.

Nearly 7 years later, they heard of another eclipse. This time, in New York State. After some discussion, they decided to make the drive from South Carolina to New York in preparation for the next total solar eclipse.

April 8, 2024 arrived and their stand was still not doing well. No one knew them so they didn't trust their stand. The low sales led to Tina and Mike selling coffee samples for only $1 for a cup. Tina tried to pitch their coffee to passerbys, "Don’t fall asleep at a solar eclipse, indulge in our Coffee eclipse indulgent!" She always had a soft voice so Mike repeated it in a more booming voice, catching the attention of a couple, Jeff and Marley, looking for a way to ensure they would not miss the eclipse.

"We would love to try some of your coffee!" Marley said excitedly. "We would?" "Two please!" Marley said to Tina. "That will be two dollars," Tina told her, maintaining composure despite being overjoyed about their first sale in a new state.

"Enjoy your Coffee Eclipse Indulgent!" Mike and Tina said together.
