Cinderella Retold

Cinderella had two adopted sisters name Anastasia and Drizella. Cinderella’s parents adopted her two cousin because Lady Tremaine had a sudden death. Cinderella auntie Tremaine was a very conniving lady.

Cinderella parents were very rich . Their family was always invited to Royal events. Cinderella real mom died when she was eight years old. Sir Richard ,Cinderella’s father married Cinderella’s godmother who was also her mother’s youngest and favorite sister.

Sir Richard could never loved another woman other than Cinderella’s biological mother. He made a promise to his first wife that he would take care of her sisters before she passed away.

Lady Catherine was Cinderella’s youngest aunt whom she now calls mother.

Lady Catherine was a very kind lady and enjoys taking care of her sisters’ children. She had no romantic feelings for Sir Richard but loved him as an older brother.

Lady Catherine: “ I just got a letter from the Royal Palace, there will be a Royal Ball. The three Princes are looking for wives. You girls are very lucky the Royal family had triplets.”

The three girls scream with excitement.

Cinderella: “ I think Prince Sandro is very sweet, he give me flowers on our walk in the village market, the other day.”

Anastasia: “ Prince William is very Charming, he told me I was very beautiful the last time we went to a Royal Event.”

Drizella is the only one that did not scream with excitement but she scream with fright.

Drizella does not like the dashing Prince Edward. He was always mean towards her. When they were little they went to the same school and he was always pulling her pigtails.

Lady Catherine: “Get dress my beautiful girls. We are going to Taylor Smith Dress Shop, it very late to get the dresses ordered in Paris.”

Lady Catherine enjoyed picking out dresses with her nieces.

The girls loved Taylor Smith Dress Shop. They got up excitedly and went to their rooms to get ready.

They all got in the Carriage to go to the dress shop. The carriage was stop on its way by bandits. The Bandits took over the fallin carriage and held them hostage except for Cinderella who got away with one of the carriage horses.

Prince Edward was having some quiet time fishing along the riverbank pathway.

Prince Edward: “Cinderella , why are you in a hurry?”

Cinderella stopped her horse near Edward.

Cinderella: “My sisters and mother are held hostage by the bandits, I am going for help. My father is out of town.”

Edward: “Come with me, We must get my brothers to come help.”

Edward seem very nice, Cinderella have no idea why her sister Drizella feel he is Dreadful. Edward seem to be the most level headed of the triplets.

The Princes organized an army of soldiers to save the ladies from the bandits.

The Princes lead the army to save Cinderella sisters and mother. All the bandit was captured and put in the royal dungeon.

The Royal ball was that night and there were still no beautiful dresses for the ladies to wear.

The royal godmother fairy appear before them, “Stop your crying beautiful ladies, have no fear your royal godmother fairy 🧚🏼‍♀️ is here.”

The ladies wipe their tears and stare at the beautiful shiny shimmering lady in white in front of them.

They told the fairy royal godmother that their carriage was broken by the bandits, we have no way to get to the Royal ball.

Royal fairy godmother: “Bring that big Watermelon over there, I will turn it into a beautiful pink carriage. Bring your pet cats, I will turn them into horses. You must remember to be back before two O’Clock in the morning, all your beautiful dresses and Carriage will be turn back.”

The ladies were very happy with their dresses and carriage ride . They thank their royal fairy godmother and went on their way.

Their entrance to the ball was announced, “Lady Catherine and her beautiful daughters, welcome to the Royal Ball.”

They passed the grand mirror, Cinderella and Drizella notice they did not look like themselves. Their body had switched from royal godmother fairy’s magic.

The three Princes asked them to dance. Cinderella who was in the body of Drizella danced with Prince Edward, Anastasia danced with Prince William and Drizella who was in the body of Cinderella dance with Prince Sandro.

Prince Sandro could not pin point it but something was odd about Cinderella tonight but it was oddly pleasant.

Prince Edward try to pull Drizella hair but she was able to dodge it. Prince Edward did not feel the need to tease Drizella tonight. He find Drizella very intriguing.

The party was never ending. Everyone enjoyed the midnight fireworks.

Lady Catherine gather her daughter around 1:30am to leave the palace before it was too late. Each girls give the princes a sachet bag of their favorite potpourri. Non of the girls know of each other favorite sachet bag.

They finally made it home before everything changed back.

The next day the Princes asked the sisters for a picnic with their mother’s permission. The sisters agree. Lady Catherine chaperone their picnic by the river bank.

The sisters had no idea that they were going to be asked to get married.

Cinderella did fell in love with Prince Edward at the Ball and Drizella fell in love with Prince Sandro.

Cinderella and Drizella wonder how they were going to explain the change of their body on the night of the Royal Ball.

They did not have to worry about it because the Princes identified Cinderella and Drizella by their sachet scent that was given to them the night before.

The three Royal Wedding was announced.

Prince Edward and Cinderella lived happily ever after

Prince William and Anastasia lived happily ever after

Prince Sandro and Drizella lived happily ever after
