Chaos Kitty!
Mikey’s “The Shape of Colour” unofficial challenge
“Chaos Walking” is headed my way!
I fear — today — it will be here to stay!
Five dreary months since our beloved pets, Huddy and Mia ‘left town’ suddenly.
Now… a switch has flicked.
Time to adopt a kitten!
An 820km trip to collect the perfect ball of chaos!

Two of my children are currently driving a nine hour round trip to ‘meet and greet’ and most likely adopt the ‘perfect’ kitten from the RSPCA. I’m wary, as I’m a dog lover and have never been keen on cat-scratched legs and arms!🥹
Also last night, my daughter just happened to finish reading the first book in the Chaos Walking series… the words may prove to be prophetic!😵💫😳🙃

The album cover pictured below, reminds me of a chaotic floor plan of our repurposed lounge room, eagerly prepared for Chaos Kitty’s arrival. Complete with: a couch; TV; coffee table shoved against the window; fancy multi-storey play-tower/ scratching post; random other furniture and an enticing long black, crinkly tunnel to race through. Maybe we should paint the floor red, to up the ante and incite a higher level of ADHD behaviour in the two month old bundle of bedlam?
