The world of Centennial Omega was once a bristling world teeming with life. From the tallest tree down to the smallest blade of grass it was a planet full of riches just waiting to be taken. Humanity had transformed this world into a farming colony with a population of just under two million. That was before the war started. Now several years into the war the enemy forces have finally come to Centennial Omega, in hopes that they might be able to disrupt Humanities supply lines. It started with fire raining from the sky as the plasma bombardments fell to the ground destroying everything it touched. The cities got it the worst, many died in the initial bombardments but those that survived dug in and prepared for the invasion that would follow. The men and women of the Earth Colonial Government fought bravely in the hellish battles that were to follow. They prayed for reinforcements, but after weeks of fighting their hope was running out. But what they didn’t know was that inside the drop bay of the Infiltrator Drop-ship The Apocalypse. ECG Navy had dispatched an elite team to aid in the fight against the Empire. As soon as Drop-ship entered real space it activated it’s cloaking systems to get past the enemy fleet around the planet. As the ship decent into the atmosphere the team in the drop bay was preparing for their mission. The mission handler code named Saber prepared the team for their mission.

“Listen up Horsemen!” Saber yelled, “Your mission today is a simple one. A detachment of marines are pinned down by Imperial forces. The point of resistance is the capital of the planet, Goldcrest. Your mission is to aid the troops by breaking the enemy line and give them some breathing room until the rest of the fleet arrives! Any questions?”

Saber looked into the centre of the bay where the four horsemen were standing.

“Rules of Engagement Ma’am?” the deep voice of the horsemen of Death asked from inside his white Exo-Suit.

“Weapons free, try to keep friendly fire to a minimum.” Saber responded.

“Two minutes to drop!” The pilot said over the speakers.

“Whats the lay of the land?” Boomed the horsemen of wars voice as she shifted in her red Exo-Suit clearly excited for the upcoming mayhem.

Saber pulled up a hologram of the terrain around the Capital. “As you can see it’s mostly flat lands, we’ve managed to scan around the city and we’ve found that there are four area’s that the enemy have fortified. One in each direction of the city. All other ways out of the city are blocked.”

Famine looked over the hologram and smiled from inside his black Exo-Suit. “Perfect” Famine growled “My hunger is never sated.”

“Okay Horsemen! Red light is on, prepare for drop!” Saber yelled as the ship approached it’s drop point and the pilot hit the switch to darken the bay. Sabre waited until the green light before pulling the switch. “Green light! Green light to engage! Good hunting horsemen!”

Pestilence smiled with glee as the doors below her green Exo-suit opened up. “It’s time to spread the plagues!”

Sabre raced towards the operations room as the Horsemen fell towards the ground, as Saber entered her seat and got situated she could overhear the Horsemen planning their attack. They were unlike any team she had ever handled. They anticipated what the others were thinking and planning before anything was said or done. Death was in the middle of executing their plan.

“... War rain hell on the North encampment...” Death started.

“They wont know what hit them!” War growled.

“Famine...”

“I’ve got East... all the delicious souls that i will feast upon, I’m shaking in excitement!” Famine’s voice cut over Deaths.

“The West side wont know what kind of plague I’ve got concocted for them.” Pestilence said with a European accent.

Death didn’t speak another word as the Horsemen crashed into the ground each creating a small crater. War was the first to get out of the crater and dashed towards her mark, from Sabers vantage point through War’s HUD she was able to watch a few Sqorpion soldiers that got into Wars way and had been slashed apart with her swords before moving towards the Northern Encampment. Famine jumped out of his crater and laughed manically as he sauntered over towards the Eastern Encampment. Saber watched as Famine walked over to a Snake-Being that had commanded a small squad of scorpion soldiers that had gotten crushed by the falling Horsemen and grabbed it around it’s throat barely even squeezing it and within seconds the Snake-being dropped to the ground as the life had been drained from it’s body. Famine visibly shivered with bliss as he felt the life force of the snake-being was absorbed. “So tasty!”. Famine continued his saunter over towards the west side. Pestilence walked out of her crater and instantly released a cloud of green fog from her wrist gauntlets. It was almost instantly that anything living within the cloud started clawing for air and clutching their chests as their vital organs quickly shut down. Killing them in seconds. Pestilence continued on her way without a word as the few squads of Sqorpion soldiers left inside the clouds died cold deaths. The last Horsemen to leave his crater was Death, after surveying the destruction left behind by his fellow horsemen he simply moved towards the southern encampment. Saber heard him say one thing. “The reaping has begun.”
