Can AI Dummy Down the Constitution?

What if the Constitution had been written by AI; or dumbed down into simple language?

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

We have broken away from the king of England and are forming the most perfect country, in this new land called America, and it will be known as the United States of America. This new country will guarantee justice and an undeniable sense of safety. Our government will protect its citizens, and give them good things in our new, free democracy. We will not be under a king or Parliament. This newly created democracy will have various sections of government. The Senate will be the elected white, rich men. Our senators are elected by the citizens, but can only hold office if they are at least thirty years old. They will be elected for a term of six years, and then must campaign in an open election to be re-elected. The Senate is the branch of government that can try (a trial) impeachments. The second house of government will be larger and will be the House of Representatives. These folks will come up for a vote every two years and are only eligible at the age of twenty-five. This branch will be the brawlers, the fist-fighters. In any case, we are setting it up so that there are checks and balances between these two houses of government, and it is called Congress.

Congress will meet at least once per year.

No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.

There are no European titles such as Duke, Duchess, Earl, et al., in the newly created United States of America. Members of Congress (Senate and House of Representatives) are not allowed to take any gifts from other countries unless approved by Congress. That means no money or currency, houses, land, jewels, etc.

The leader of America is the President, elected for four years. He must take the oath of office, as follows: "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

No woman can hold this office until the people deem it permissible, because the rich, white men control things (even though the people think that they are in control). The president will give a State of the Union address when he wishes. Next in line is the Vice-President. If anything causes the president to leave his office, the Vice-President will take over those duties and be named President: for instance, if the president is impeached, or on his deathbed. Also, if he is insane and unable to do the duties of the President, Congress would have to declare him unfit (we do not forsee this happening - at least not at least two hundred and fifty years have passed).
