Jodi and Ted are on a hiking trail on the Crystal Lake camping grounds on their way to meet up with their friends. “Well this was a fun hike.” Jodi began as she caught her breath. “Yeah, it just sucks we won’t get to have more time to do it being that the kiddos are arriving later.” Ted replied. “Aww, don’t be down, Teddy. We’ll still get to have our…alone time. We’re just gonna have to find a way to disappear.”

As Jodi and Ted continued their walk they were suddenly approached from behind by a light blue truck. A woman with short blonde hair wearing a neat gray sweater was in the driver seat. “Hello dears.” The woman began with a smile. “Where are you two lovelies headed on this warm summer day?” “Well we’re headed to camp Crystal Lake for reopening of the camp. We’re counselors there.” Jodi replied.

“Well I’m headed that way. Why don’t you two hop in and give you a ride, it’s just another five miles.” The woman offered. “Sure.” Ted agreed. Jodi climb in the back seat while Ted hopped in the passenger seat as the woman drove off. “I’m Ted and this is my girlfriend Jodi.” Ted introduced. “Nice to meet you both, I’m Pamela. I used to work at the camp years ago back in 58.” Pamela responded. “Oh wow, that’s well before our time.” Jodi acknowledged. “Didn’t the camp close down around that time?” Ted asked.

“As a matter of fact it did.” Pamela began. “There was a young boy who drowned there. His name was Jason and he was only 11 years old.” “How? Did he not have any counselors watching him?” Jodi asked. “No he didn’t.” Pamela responded softly. “Those counselors were drinking, smoking pot and making love while Jason was drowning.” Pamela’s voice began to break as she continued. Jodi and Ted sat and listened with concern as they noticed how disturbed Pamela was in her storytelling.

“Jason couldn’t swim and the counselors who were supposed to keep him safe paid no attention to him.” Pamela then began tearing up as Ted noticed. “Ms Pamela are you okay?” Ted asked. “You see Ted, I…I can’t let them reopen this camp. If I did another innocent child could get hurt like…like…my son, Jason.” Jodi and Ted exchange stares of shock when they realize Pamela is in fact Pamela Voorhees, the mother of of Jason Voorhees who drown at Camp Crystal Lake. Pamela then furiously drew a knife from her waist and stabbed Ted in his stomach. “AAAAAHHHHH!!!” Jodi screamed as Ted hunched over and grunted in pain. “Teddy?” Jodi cried as Pamela pulled the knife out of Ted’s stomach and swung it across the backseat in an attempt to strike Jodi who ducked her attempt.

Jodi then opened the backseat driver side door and jumped out of the moving truck and landed painfully on the concreted road. Jodi then struggled to picked herself up on a bleeding and pain leg and fled into the woods as the blue truck returned. Pamela climbed out of the truck with Ted’s lifeless body hunched over in the passenger side and began running after Jodi. “No! Stop! Please!” Jodi cried out in pain as she fled from Pamela in terror. “Come back now, dear.” Pamela called out. “It’ll be easier for you than it was for Jason.” As Pamela started getting closer Jodi pick up a broken tree branch and swung it at Pamela who blocked the attempted hit with her arm and the knife she wielded.

A pained Jodi again tried to swing at Pamela again, but as she raised her arm in the air Pamela went low and stabbed Jodi through her gut. Jodi slowly fell to the ground looking into Pamela’s eyes as her body went lifeless. Pamela rose up and began speaking to herself. “Jason…my sweet Jason. I will punish them for what they did to you.
