There once was a pig named Bob. Bob was quite large. He came from a small farm right across from an apartment building for the elderly. Every once in a while, Bob would decide to go on an adventure across the road and would wonder to the apartments.
It was always a sight when Bob came along. Some people would be afraid and would run, others would walk up to him and pet him. It never fazed Bob, he was just living his best life. He was never afraid when someone was around, he was just hoping that there would be a snack for him.
He was a friendly pig, though you wouldn't want to make him angry. He could be tough when needed. He never ran from people and would actually walk right up to you. He was cool.
There were some people that would go the other way when they saw Bob. Bob could never understand why. "Why are they afraid of me, I just want a friend and something to eat," he would think to himself. Still, because of his large size, many saw him as dangerous.
They would go back into the building to get away from him. However, one day, he discovered how to open the door. Turns out his hoof had a way to work as a key. It was hot, and Bob was thirsty and hungry. He opened the door and walked in.
Everybody was shocked to see this giant pig strolling down the hall without a care in the world. Some screamed in panic, others laughed and got out their phones to record this wacky scene. Bob went to the kitchen and stood at a table. Someone got him some water and a few apples and Bob happily ate. When he was done, he left.
Watching this caused people to see Bob from a new perspective. Bob wasn't different from anyone else, he wanted to belong. He didn't want to hurt anyone, he just wanted to be. From that day on, nobody feared Bob. Whenever they would see him coming up, they would pet him and leave him plenty to eat. Bob lived happily ever after.

There was a woman who owned a pet pig near my undergrad school and she would take it for a walk. I wonder if I should have talked to her about the relationship and the reaction it generated around us.
