"Hi readers," let me introduce Vivian, who married young and divorced five years later. Now the only attraction she has is to younger men. She finds men her age or older unattractive and, in her words, not too intelligent.

Striving to find the man of her dreams, she and her friend Evelyn are ready and packed to go to an island called Oweno.

Now so much about Vivian; Santos is adventurous, the CEO of a large wine company. After many failed dates, he is looking for a young, intelligent woman longing to have a family and keep the name."Blessed Vines" going on in his family.

Ready to set sail, Santos and his assistant Blake are heading away for a long overdue holiday on an island called Oweno.

All Aboard

The boat had four floors, a pool and a beautiful place to wine and dine.

Vivian and Evelyn couldn't wait to get their bathing suits on, dip in the pool, and have a cold, bubbly drink.

Santos and Blake went to their rooms and got settled in, and set out for a nice drink by the bar,

The ride to the island would take a day and a half, so they felt like slipping off their shoes, putting their work aside and enjoying themselves.

The warm breeze on the boat felt terrific. The ladies laid out on the deck chairs and checked out the men.

It wasn't long before Vivian had her eyes on Santos.

Santos looked at her and said why is that old lady looking at me. Blake just started laughing. Maybe she thinks you are her son.

Dont be crazy. I need to tell her the guys her age are over in the hot tub.

Yet Vivian didn't stop looking; she finally got up and went to the bar. Santos wanted to go and hide.

Hello, handsome; I guess you are heading where I am going. Nice to meet you; I am Vivian. My friend's name is Evelyn.

Nice to meet you, ladies. Is there anything we can do to help you?

Well, how about having a drink with us?

Okay, we will have one. We have dinner plans tonight, so we must go back and prepare.

Oh, we dont mind at all. It will be nice to get to know you.

The Great Escape

Vivian had done this before; Santos wanted to drink fast and leave. As for Vivian, she could have consumed that drink all night.

The questions made Santos uncomfortable. You would not expect that from a woman only ten years younger than his mom.

Answering little, drinking fast, Santos and Blake were gone in no time. Hoping never again to see "Vivian." Blake enjoyed Evelyn as she was younger, but Santos was not interested.

Santos did a lot of hiding for the next day and a half. He was hiding every time he saw Vivian coming. He changed his dinner plans for another time when he saw her checking when he was to have his meal.

He went behind the bar when she asked the bartender if he had seen him.

This lady was driving him crazy.

The whole time Blake was having the time of his life with Evelyn. They hit it off.

Thank goodness they had arrived at the island. Santos was relieved to get off the ship and have some fun.

Its Time To Party

The condo was beautiful and looked right over the ocean. Santos was going to go and talk to a local restaurant owner about marketing the "Blessings Times" wines, while Blake had other plans.

The restaurant looked like a Victorian Home, very classy, and the owner (beautiful young woman), Santos type, Maria. Beyond beautiful, slim build and very intelligent.

Santos said, "this is more like it."

No ring on the finger, the two enjoyed the wine. Maria was excited to sign the contract and told Santos she would love to show him around.

After a lovely dinner for two, they walked hand in hand along the beach. There were giggles and laughs, but after talking, they realized that Maria had no intentions of ever leaving the island.

Oweno was her home, but they did have a spark in their eyes for each other. Santos would enjoy her company and possibly learn more about fun things to do while vacationing.

"Celebration Time"

Santos and Maria were getting closer to the boardwalk and could hear the band playing. They ran hand and hand to go and join in the fun.

Several locals came and met Maria and started dancing while Santos was clapping and watching her have so much fun.

Looking over, there was Blake having fun with Evelyn. They were having the time of their lives. Wow, Blake found a pretty one.

Then a horrible feeling came over Santos.

"If Evelyn is here, does that mean Vivian is too?

Oh yes, right in the middle of the dance floor with all the young men. She sure had the dance moves. She wasn't that bad looking for a woman that age if you are interested in that kind of thing.

Getting a cold drink, Santos started dancing and getting to know a few of Maria's friends. They were friendly people; you could tell one man was very interested in her, so Santos started dancing with everyone.

Oh yes, even "Vivian."

Wow, her eyes were so blue looking at him; she held him close. A little uncomfortable at first. Later became a place where he never wanted to leave.

They were the last ones dancing on the dance floor.

Was it the alcohol, or did Santos start to have feelings?

As the fireworks were going off, Vivian and Santos disappeared for the night,

PS- not just that night but every night after. "Blessed Vines" may serve wine. Now it is an excellent destination for weddings.

After Vivian and Santos were wed, right in the vineyard, they settled down and had two twin boys. Vivian, she was 15 years younger than his mom.

"For those we feel are not meant to be. Can be the one that loves us naturally."
