Does it ever feel like that there is that one person who looks busy? Generally, they do the same thing as if they are doing something but wasting time. I noticed this with one of the bosses in my company, who rearranged a specific area several times to show some "relevancy." This person was just too lazy to come up with some real improvements instead. So, I named it repetaplan, for repetitive actions only to avoid doing any real work. Even children will do useless activities not to look bored or to be asked to do something more tedious. It is curious to watch a person go out of their way to avoid the actual work or responsibilities of their job. I am sure this is in every workplace and home across the nation. There are hard workers, and there are those trying to avoid it all together to make themselves look better. It is best to call them out and expose them, but the buddy systems keep them in control. When too many repetaplan types are in a business, it will eventually suffer due to the need for more effort to address real problems. These plans have similar patterns, and if you know what you are looking for in the action. They could be called out for laziness. The intention is not to be productive but to avoid more work. Please watch out for such games being played.
