At Central Park there were two dogs and their names were
Betsy and Bennie and being dogs as soon as the car stopped and the
chauffeur opened the car door off they ran
down the sidewalk path and into the center of the park. The chauffeur
efficiently ran after Betsy and Bennie who always seemed to outfox the
friendly chauffeur. The chauffeur is
gaining on these two wise acres, but that's when Betsy decided to go one way and Bennie went the other.
Howard, the chauffeur wasn't sure which way to go. He decided to call a friend that is usually in the park the same time. His name is
Irving, who sells all sorts of things. Irving answered his cell phone with a "What's up, Howie?" Howard says.
"Just that Bennie and Betsy did their little trick on me and now I cannot find them and I wonder if you could keep a look out for them. 'Will do sport."
Knowing that now that he help Howard can slow down a little in his hunt for those two rascals. Howard hadn't the foggiest clue that those rascals were
lying in wait for him right now the path. Both them dogs just lied there quietly till a squirrel came along
munching on a
nut that he had found under that same tree. Bennie saw an
opportunity to have a little fun before they jump Howard and give him some relief.
Perhaps Bennie didn't suspect that the squirrel had his own plans for him. The squirrel just stood there and kind of offering Bennie some of his nut. Bennie was
quickly becoming a little confused and wasn't sure what to do. Bennie was becoming kind of
restless just standing there so he approached the squirrel and the squirrel
slowly back away feigning left and right, Bennie feigned going left and right and the two continued this for a little while, but Bennie at the last-minute thought to himself "I had an enough, squirrel. It was fun."
Turning back towards Betsy which he's glad he did for he saw Howard along with Irving walking down the path.
Under other circumstances Bennie and Betsy would have ran the other and let them two give chase, but these two let those humans have a break and when these two dogs heard Howard's and Irving's
voices they decided to run up to them and bowl them down when they turned around starting to go the other way.
While their backs were turned Howard started to become quite
eXcited over a poster he just saw of his favorite author who was about to speak at that location, but he knew he had to find Betsy and Bennie first and that's when Howard and Irving got plummeted to the ground Irving by Betsy and Howard by Bennie. Howard sits up and exclaims
you two are such scamps who just like to have fun all the time
zoologically speaking.
