The cat ate the mouse and found it tasty. It was yummy at first sight. And yummy at first smell. All the popcorn you could imagine. To your hearts content. In the meantime they would circle each other in a cat and mouse dance. The winner of the dance competition take all. They would become a slave to themselves. I wonder how I would write when I am super tired. Let us find out. As long as the cat enjoyed the mouse it would find itself in the can. The cat had an odd smell to it a mixture of iodine and copper. The mouse followed the tincture of the cat's smell. And left an offensive odor in it's place, an odor that could not be wiped away. It lingered at the touch of another foul reminder. One that could not be replaced by the soap of another era.

Paul was the name of the cat, his friend Ralph, the mouse, had a copacetic attitude toward all the cats in the area. Everything was not good in the hood. It was far from that. They had to find a way to coexist or they would have to turn to eatting each other. And that was something neither of them wanted to do. Or had the time to do what they were thinking of. Otherwise they would end up on the other end of the stick or shish-kabob. Just like all their friends back home in the States. It was a pain in the butt for the cat and mouse to be friends. Although they did enjoy each others' company to a tee. I am writing now to express my feelings of the days anguish.

Watching a movie was their pass-time together. It was a ritual performed by many. Coffee was their only solace just like a nice chianti sauce. And to top it all off they were going to have an after party to celebrate their closeness. So they are just sitting and enjoying each others' company. Along with everything that was planned together in the meantime. They were asking for payment for the tooth fairy to come and plunder. But the tooth fairy was not coming to their house.

Tom liked Jerry in all the cartoons. The memory and pictures faded in time. At least in Tom's mind. Jerry did not have anything nice to say to him. As usual. But that didn't seem to matter to either one of them. Coolness. Although that happened to be not usual? Let's find out if that is true to the tee. And if it is it will inspire us all. I hope the package gets here soon so I can take a long awaited shower is what Tom was thinking. Maybe the package has something to munch on. Or maybe it is covered in gook. That would be nice wouldn't it. I think that it would.

Another empty bottle to put on the shelf of platitude. Man that thing is loud, that Polaris of a behemoth. That one thing that the maintenance people drive around in. Uncomfortable to be around with I would think, it is probably stinky as well. I don't know I wouldn't get close enough to smell it. The rites to its tomes are hard to handle. And the cat and mouse swirl into its never-ending cycle of grief. Until we hear from them again it would be hard to hear from them. That is a mouth full of nonsense. Isn't it. It is pleasant to be outside for a change. A natural remedy to cling onto. Its a buzz.
