(Note: I'll expand on this story over time until I create a decent creation story with these dragon short stories. Most of these are based on dragon pictures I saw that I decided to make stories that narrated the picture, so as I see more that may add to this story, I shall add them in a somewhat chronilogical order.)

In the days before time and matter, everything was empty. The sky and space were dark and fathomless. Then, a wandering Dragon god from a parallel world found it's way to this dark space. Seeing that there was a lack of life, form and light, the Dragon god appointed several dragons of eternal power to reside over this space, one such Eternal told the star forgers and the Dragon of Eternal constellations to paint unto her a universe of brilliant stars, galaxies and worlds. Thus our universe began upon the head of a magnificent dragon!

The great dragon stared into the green orb, a relic, stolen from the dragon god's horde of great power, some say was able to create an entirely different world.

Morsephet, the lieutenant of the dragon god's army hovered in empty space whilst staring at the orb, the endless night staring into her soul, she finally decided.

Morsephet held the orb before her and spoke unto it the words "Gursphorget Shmell Vorgan!"

(no language in particular) (Translated: "Make in this emptiness a world to another being")

The orb glowed in response. It began to glow brighter and brighter until it could be seen as a star.

The orb continued to glow until finally the glow settled and both the orb and the mighty dragon were gone.

In their place among the darkness sat a planet which held the promise of new life...

When the great nebula's were formed, the people of Earth thought them beautiful but decided that they had no further use than to look pretty, but, contrary to their belief, the nebula's became the forging place of the powerful three-headed Hyda of the Seven Stars, the dragon heads, named Dwarf, Giant and Hypergiant, together forged space's most beautiful and most dangerous stars, these stars were then given to the Star Weaver who placed the stars in the darkest parts of space and connected them to reveal shapes and forms that would guide the lost...

The sky was dark and empty, the people on Earth only saw a pitch black sky, the moon being the only thing providing light to the dark world. Then, one day, the ancient dragon of all things beyond the Earth came down from it's heavenly perch and began placing dots of light across the Universe, and it began weaving the brighter lights together to create constellations to be used as guides for the lost. As the humans stared in to the sky, they saw dots of light appearing here and there, near and far until the sky was home to millions of these lights. These lights were called Stars, and the grateful people of Earth gave the great dragon the title of "Star Weaver"...

In days before the clouds, Winter and rain, The Eternal Dragon of Flame rose from his slumber amongst the Eternal Council and flew to Earth to inspect it.

As the Eternal of Flame flew around the middle of the Earth, casting his gaze from East to West, many humans fell under the heat of his gaze, the fire surrounding him being so much that the Eternal of Frost woke from her slumber. She flew to meet the Eternal of Flame and advised him to back further away to gaze upon the Earth, lest he should drive the creatures of Earth to extinction.

The Eternal Dragon of Flame agreed after being threatened with the icey breath of the Eternal of Frost and instead, he flew to the sun at the center of the galaxy and there he remains, occasionally flicking his tail toward the Earth, creating Auroras with the fire that hit the Earth's atmosphere to remind the Eternal of Frost that he was still nearby despite her warning...

During the time that the great dragons of eternity created the Universe, the dragon of Eternal Frost flew over the Earth from North to South, it landed upon the waters of the North and began collecting power from the water around it and from the great auroras around itself.

The power collected in to a glowing ball of frost, ice and snow, the aurora reflecting perfectly against the shining surface.

The dragon of Eternal Frost spoke then, saying "Let there be ice!"

With that, the eternal beast released the ball and it dropped in to the ocean and sunk until it hit the ocean floor, where it burst and created great icebergs and lands covered in snow as the great dragon flew back to it's heavenly perch and watched as the frost spread and covered the world with snow for a short period of time before melting until only the North and Southern most points of the Earth were left with their great ice caps...

Night. A time when true darkness spreads across the land. The light of the sun extinguished beyond the horizon, only to rise opposite it's departing direction. During this time, the nightmares, unimaginable creatures from beyond this world, begin to wander the minds of humans young and old, creating terrifying images in their minds and blotting out the light of hope within imagination. Many had made ways to defer these horrid creatures, salt rings, dream catchers (Which seemed more effective), harnessing the signs and symbols of powerful cultures, these monsters could be driven away and the hopes and dreams of the people protected.

However powerful those signs may be for adults, children find simpler ways to ward off nightmares. One can never underestimate the power of something a child holds dear and thus, it was thanks to a little girl's dragon toy, that the residents of her household remained untouched by the nightmares. Any that dare approach would see the spirit of the dragon rise from the toy with it's fangs bared, the nightmares fled, never to return, for a dragon protector would remain even when it's owner no longer held it in high favor...

When the sky was bright and all that could be seen in the sky was the sun and the moon, the humans began to suffer from the heat of the sun, the night providing only temporary relief. The humans cried to the Eternal Dragons for help.

Their cries were heard and the Eternal of the Storm descended upon the world, bringing with him an expanse of clouds and rain, the humans were happy, but eventually they cried for the sun again. This angered the Eternal of the Storm and he rose from his perch in the Earth's atmosphere to bring down thunder, lightning, hail and strong winds upon the ungrateful humans and afterwards, he promised that he would return with the seasons and storm across the Earth until he rested once again.

The humans cowered in fear of the great dragon and he took pity on them, he advised the Eternal of Frost to relieve their fear with a light snow.

Being relieved of the terrible storms, the people of Earth came out of hiding and once again began to thrive, they gave the Eternals new names in their language and so, Autumn and Winter were born...

While the humans marveled at the auroras and the stars in the sky, the Eternal of Frost began to feel jealous, the people of Earth barely noticed her ice, snow and Winter, in fact, most hid from it.

The Eternal of Frost flew away from her post at the Northern most point of Earth and into space, she cried out in frustration and breathed into the expanse of the galaxy, two comets.

Years later, when the comets would be pulled back around the earth, the humans would step outside to see a star shooting across space and into the horizon, the people of Earth would continue to watch these comets as they passed by, even marking events in time with them and thus, the Eternal of Frost had her frustration quelled as the humans finally gave notice to her works. In time, they would even enjoy the Winter she set upon the land...

After many years, the humans began expanding their knowledge of what they were given and eventually learned how to fly! The Dragon god was very pleased with this, as it seemed the humans were finally taking after their creator, but after some time, that seemed to not be the case. Humans began rejecting their old culture focused on the Eternal Dragons and began creating their own culture, this continued until the names of dragons had all but faded into myth and legend.

Enraged by this rebellion, the Dragon god devised a plan to remind the people of Earth, just who gave them their power. The Dragon god waited until the humans felt comfortable in their ways, they had made crafts that could fly almost anywhere in the world, even crafts that could fly into space! During that time, the Dragon god opened a wormhole near Earth and sent the offspring of the Eternal Chaos Dragon to wreak havoc upon the now frightened humans, the offspring burnt cities, destroyed satellites, aircraft, anything that the humans had created until the once great civilization was burnt to ashes.

Eventually, the people of Earth began to rebuild, but with a newfound fear of the chaos dragons that lurked among the crevasses of the Earth...

"HQ, we've lost the other pilots, something is hunting us out here!"

"What do you mean Lieutenant!? It's space! Nothing can live out there!"

"I can't explain it, but there is something living, breathing and hunting out here- HQ? HQ, do you read me?"

The radio released a constant static, the only reply the Lieutenant would receive.

"Crap! We've lost communications Private!"

"L-l-lieutenant...?"

Looking out the windows, there, in the middle of space, staring at them not too far away was what looked to be a dragon. It had a crown of horns atop it's head, it's eyes glowed purple, so did the small strands of light along it's neck. It was asserting it's dominance with a glare that would freeze a tiger.

The Lieutenant balled up his hands in frustration, then gave the order "Charge the dragon."

"Charge it? But sir!-"

"We cannot run away, nor can we win Private! Either we die sitting in our chairs or we die fighting like real men!"

The Private opened his mouth to debate the point, but said nothing. He closed his mouth and with a straight face went to his post.

"Charging main cannons sir"

"Fire when it opens it's filthy maw and no sooner than that"

"Yes sir!"

"All men! Forward!"...
