Struggling through childhood without provisions of healthy diets,luxurious life and opportunities;having to sow in tears and pains for every meal and penny she owns,with a promise of change and a good life to herself and parents in the future.

Unfortunately she lost her father to the cold hands of death,diagnosed with diabetes;with heavy heart and tears rolling down her cheeks, she made a vow on his dying bed to do everything in her power to,if not completely eradicate but reduce death rate of diabetic patients in anyway possible.

Pondering on the best way to execute this dream, she came to concluded on taking a route to preparing healthy meals . Since what we consume daily can either affect lives positively or negatively.

Deriving confidence,happiness and great pleasure in making healthy and delicious recipes that would enhance health growth with a long lasting taste she started her food brand.

Attempting and failed a lot but still keeps pushing and keep being strong also because she’s been taught that failure is gaining another chance to do better ;And having more discoveries that knowledge and wisdom are one true virtues to attain greater heights.

She continues to gain vast knowledge ,proving one can be whatever one wants to be and has a watchword “Do not limit yourself “,“only you can stop you”

Writing her own bronchure on healthy recipes to be passed onto generations; will be forever indebted to her parents especially her mother for the teachings, love,support and words of encouragement she has received over the years ….
