Now fifteen years prior to this time, A Vermont middle class citizen named Noah was born in a family of six. three siblings and both of his parents. While growing up he will spend most of his time attending school. and since he grew up during the peak of the social unrest that spiked at Vermont, it was something that did caught his interest from time to time. but since most of his time was spent on school this wasn't something that he will bother about too much until he grew up to the age of twelve. Once while attending school, he heard about the discussion of new cities been built displayed in his classroom. That day he went back home and told his parent about the news he heard in class not necessarily because he was intrigued by it but he just told them about it simply out of interest.

but later that day while having dinner with his family, his parent bought the point back to the table and gave their point of view about it. which was that what the people in position of power in Vermont are doing will not solve the problem. But instead will create more of it since creating newly built huge cities to house the Devon citizen will just create and influx of more Devon citizen. and thus the need for more cities to be built and thus the influx of more Devon citizen and so the need of more cities and the circle will carry on. His parent told him that in their point of view the solution was not to built new cities to house the Devon citizens.

And that the real solution should be with the region of Devon itself. And this is what really drew his attention on the matter. Because after hearing about his parent's point, he realize that the point they where making was that the real problem was not been address. And that he could make a huge impact by addressing the problem himself. And so he went to school the next day and while in class he bought back the topic of the cities been build to his tutors and started asking more questions about it to his tutor. he asked his tutor multiple question which he answered but one question in particular that Noah asked that was of truly of interest to his tutor was why have we accepted the influx of foreigner in the first place?

His tutor looked back at him and asked him my does this bother you too much? does this effect you in any way? Noah of course did not wanted to tell his tutor the real reason he asked his tutor so much so he just added that he did not realize that he was asking too much and that he is by nature a very curious person and that it is in his habit to always ask the most of everything. And so his interest for making an impact to the word kept on growing. At first his interest in the social issue made him read a couple of books and article about the past in order to have a clear understanding about how the Vermont ended up to that point. He did this by saying to himself that in order to find a solution to the problem he must first look at the source of the problem.

Noah used to study art but once again his interest pushed him into discovering even more interesting points while reading one particular book about the past he discovered that the reason why Vermont became so wealthy and advance was due to a deceleration made by one city 85 years ago. Which led to a huge advancement in science and technology in the region. And so he thought to himself that leaning about technology was a must for what he wanted to achieve so he decided to switch from learning about art to leaning about computer science. and so seven years later at the age of nineteen, he decided to take a trip to Vermont.
