A good mood is the cure for everything.

Mr. Yang Jiang said:

"there is no simple happiness in the world. Happiness is always interspersed with troubles and worries."

This sentence perfectly interprets the legendary life of Mr. Yang Jiang.

Although she was born into a famous family, she has experienced turmoil and war.

Although he reaped the love of others, he also experienced the heartache of the white-haired man who sent the black-haired man.

However, no matter how things change, Mr. Yang Jiang always maintains a positive spirit.

She silently accumulated wisdom in hardship, tempered virtue in pain, crossed herself with a positive and open-minded attitude, and became a person of high emotional value.

Today, although Mr. Yang Jiang has died for many years, her optimistic and tenacious spirit still guides countless people.

Cross oneself with an optimistic attitude

"everyone has a very difficult time, the pressure of life, the frustration of work, the pressure of study, and the fear of love.

If you get through it, life will suddenly open up, and time will teach you how to shake hands and make peace with them, so don't be afraid. "

This passage is summed up by Mr. Yang Jiang after being honed by countless lives.

In 1961, Yang Jiang ended her life in the countryside and returned to Beijing to reunite with her husband.

Unexpectedly, it unexpectedly opened a difficult time in life.

In the turbulent times, she and her husband Qian Zhongshu also accidentally became the object of criticism.

For this reason, they were deprived of their wages and their painstaking translation of Don Quixote was confiscated.

What made her feel even more helpless was that she was forced to leave the writing job she loved and was arranged to clean up.

In the face of all kinds of unfair treatment, Yang Jiang still maintains an optimistic and positive attitude.

Once, the leader arranged for them to go to the public toilet to clean.

When everyone pushed open the toilet door, they were all stunned.

Because of the lack of cleaning for many years, the toilet was full of filth and smelly, and everyone avoided it one after another.

Yang Jiang hurriedly found tools and decontamination powder, and made a self-made mop with cloth strips and bamboo poles.

It took ten days to clean the toilet.

So that everyone who comes to the toilet no longer needs to cover his nose and rush out.

Everyone admired her and inquired curiously how she faced the dirty work calmly.

Yang Jiang replied with a smile:

"because I regard this place as my study, and when I finish my work, I can hide and read here."

In the Power of positive emotions, there is a passage like this:

"We feel positive emotions not because we live a complete life and are in good health, but because sincere positive emotions create a complete and healthy life."

People with high emotional value, no matter what kind of difficulties they encounter, can rejoice in bitterness, maintain a good state of mind, and help themselves through those difficult times.

Fate is capricious, life is ill-fated, and everyone will inevitably experience the dark night.

But positive emotions are like a glimmer of light in the night.

Help us cross the trough, overcome difficulties, and find the way to happiness in the fog.

With an open-minded attitude, pleasing to others

Qian Zhongshu's cousin Qian Zhonglu once said:

"Sister Yang Jiang is like a tent, covering all the people around her, and she covers all the wind and rain outside."

After marrying Qian Zhongshu, Yang Jiang did her duty and arranged her husband's life in good order.

In 1937, she studied abroad with Qian Zhongshu and gave birth to her daughter Qian Ji in Oxford, England.

However, during the production period, Qian Zhongshu often got into trouble because he was "clumsy".

He either accidentally smashed the lamp at home, knocked over the ink bottle and broke the doorshaft.

Every time he came to visit, he would turn to his wife with a bitter face for help.

Yang Jiang was not angry or annoyed, but smiled and said, "never mind, I can handle it."

With a simple sentence, Qian Zhongshu immediately settled down.

In 1941, Yang Jiang and her family returned to Shanghai during the war, and life became particularly difficult.

She wrote in her memoir, the three of us:

"the rice distributed by the Japanese to the citizens is only rice, with white, yellow and black sand in the middle."

However, at this extremely difficult time, Qian Zhongshu had a whim and said to Yang Jiang, "I want to write a novel."

Instead of opposing it, Yang Jiang happily expressed her full support.

When Qian Zhongshu hesitated that she had no time to write a book, Yang Jiang said firmly:

"never mind, you can reduce the teaching time, our life is very frugal, but also can be more frugal."

In order to give her husband peace of mind to create, Yang Jiang shouldered the heavy burden of supporting her family.

Every day, she walks a long way to substitute classes in primary schools in the suburbs and works as a tutor in exchange for living expenses.

In order to save money, she resigned all the servants in the family, whether it was chopping wood, lighting a fire, washing clothes and cooking, all by herself.

She, who comes from a beautiful family, has never done such rough work.

As a result, she was often injured during that time: her hand was either pricked by a wooden thorn or blistered by hot oil.

Although life is very difficult, Yang Jiang never complains and always maintains a calm and optimistic attitude.

When she got home every day, she would talk and laugh with Qian Zhongshu about his newly written manuscript and give him advice.

During that time, both husband and daughter often got sick because they often ate rotten food.

Yang Jiang always smiles and comforts everyone: "never mind, have a good rest, it will be all right."

Mr. Yang Jiang's sentence "it doesn't matter", along with the life of the husband and daughter, has brought infinite warmth to them.

People with high emotional value, no matter what kind of difficulties they encounter, can give positive emotional value to the people around them and help others out of the trough and tide over the difficulties.
