With the anticipated rise of temperature outdoors, we think you are ready to take the fun inside. Researching Dubai’s infinite list of impressive kids’ spaces took us on a roller-coaster of fun, but we managed to bring it down to the top 5 spots of absolute exploration and engagement.

A visit to any of these fun-packed play areas will leave your kid happy and wanting to come back for more. Many of these awesome places allow drop-offs but make sure to check their rules and guidelines.

Cheeky Monkeys

The Pointe, Palm Jumeirah.

With several locations dotted around Dubai, Cheeky Monkeys offers youngsters--and parents alike--an escape from the city’s hustle and entry to a world completely their own! It offers kids an ‘edutainment’ experience fusing play with learning in a safe and ultra-clean space. The award-winning huge soft play area takes kids on a whirlwind of fun with its massive 5-level play structure, slides, and everything bouncy! Kids can also participate in any of the tons of arts and crafts activities offered daily for free by the super-friendly staff. There is also a dedicated play area for toddlers under the age of 4 and a lounge area for parents to relax and enjoy a delicious meal.

Fun for kids aged 18 months - 8 years.

Air Maniax

Al Quoz

Giant inflatables, slides, zip lines that send you off flying all over the place… we are now speaking the language of fun! Air Maniax houses the largest inflatable arena in Dubai and is that place where bouncing off the wall is encouraged! Kids can also challenge their friends and themselves to a true test of fitness and agility in Ninja Assault. There is even an inflatable area entirely reserved for babies and toddlers, and a cute café for adults to relax while kids play for an hour or four, or until they are all jumped-out!

Fun for kids aged 2-15 (website even claims 2-65!)

Kidzania

Every kid has an intrinsic sense of imagination, and there is no better place to spark that other than Kidzania… a city built to mimic real-life experiences and encourage self-exploration. It is a highly engaging space where your kids can delve into working as a pilot, a baker, a radio host, or any of the myriad of jobs they are curious about… and perhaps attempt to confidently answer that ageless ‘What-do-you-want-to-be-when-you-grow-up?’ question! Plan for a whole day to be spent there as time stands still in this educational and fun city for kids.

Fun for kids aged 4-12.

Bricobilandia

Nakheel Mall - The Palm, Jumeirah

There is a place in Dubai entirely made out of LEGO structures, ones that aren’t kept behind a screen, ones that kids can actually play with… we think this is enough to get your building-block enthusiasts happily busy for a long time while you shop around the mall or enjoy a time-out for yourself! Bricolandia is a land of pre-built LEGO City and LEGO Friends worlds completed with houses, shops, streets, services, parks, landmarks... and all things LEGO. If your kid can think it, it is already built, or they can put their creative hard hats on and assemble the structure of their dreams! Tots aged 3-5 have their own LEGO Duplu area to play with bigger blocks, and there is a whole area reserved for the enchanted LEGO Elves and daring Superheroes.

Fun for kids aged 3+.

Olioli Children’s Museum

Dubai’s first experiential play museum is jam-packed with activities to tackle kid’s curiosity and sense of wonder. The museum is home to more than 8 galleries of discovery and is designed by artists, educators, and developmental psychologists to maximize the imaginative experience! Kids learn about different scientific themes from over 40 interactive exhibits and even get to wash a car and dance in the rain in the Water Gallery. Then enter Toshi’s Net, a trampoline/net mega hybrid whose sole purpose is to serve fun! No matter what your kids get drawn to in this imaginatorium, they will leave with a newfound knowledge about something interesting in the world.
