It’s as easy as pulling up the app on your phone, finding a story, clicking play, and then closing your eyes for a little me time while trying not to fall asleep yourself.

Of course, we’re not discouraging you from reading out loud to your children, we’re just saying that maybe it’s okay to take some time to yourself at the end of the night to rest your eyes and listen to a story just like they are.
