In the latest installment of 'Sister Wives,' the solitary son of Christine and Kody Brown, Paedon Brown, candidly remarked that the concept of polygamy no longer maintains its feasibility within their family unit.

The divide within the Brown family emerged with stark clarity during Sunday's episode of Sister Wives, wherein Christine and Meri Brown chose to celebrate Thanksgiving separately from Kody, Meri Brown, and Robyn Brown. This divergence in plans prompted Meri, aged 54, to question the morality of relishing in her own enjoyment with the company of Christine's children. This internal struggle was exacerbated by Kody's estrangement from his adult sons, who belonged to him and Janelle.

In a personal confessional, Meri shared, "This marks a substantial fracture in our familial customs. I found myself grappling with myriad emotions, yet the sense of contentment prevailed. The day was splendid, filled with merriment and an air of perfection."

'Sister Wives' patriarch, Kody Brown, opened up on camera about his poignant estrangement from Janelle's sons, expressing his profound sadness regarding the circumstance. He attributed the turmoil to the aftermath of their public foray, as they exposed their familial dynamics through their popular TLC series. He traced this decision back to a time before the addition of Robyn to their family.

The theme of familial discord has also been a contemplation among the Brown children. During a Thanksgiving gathering orchestrated by Christine and Janelle, Paedon, aged 25, engaged in a separate conversation with Christine, delving into the ongoing tension. Paedon, with a sardonic tone, remarked that the offspring of his mother and Janelle had chosen sides, implicitly aligning with his mother's faction.

Paedon further pondered the recent upheaval that ensued from Janelle's son, Logan Brown's, proposal of a sibling gift exchange. When the parents were made aware of the plan, Robyn, aged 44, suggested adapting it into a video chat format, considering the disparities in everyone's schedules. This suggestion was met with resistance, leading to Robyn's eventual withdrawal from the situation. This incident then spiraled into a distortion of the original intent, fostering misconceptions about the family's sentiments toward Robyn's children and rekindling underlying concerns about her induction into the family.

The older children of Robyn eventually expressed their discomfort with the gift exchange arrangement, leading to its abandonment. Janelle expounded that the dialogue devolved into a disarray, potentially resulting in irreparable damage to their bonds.

Tears streaming, Robyn lamented the situation as an embodiment of their reluctance to embrace unity. She maintained that this dynamic has persisted since the outset of their public disclosure.

Paedon, reflecting on the conversation with Christine, vocalized his thoughts before the cameras, "Our decision to disclose our polygamous lifestyle was initially intended to assert its efficacy. However, I now believe that it no longer functions within my family."

In a continuation of Christine's dialogue with Paedon, she unveiled in a personal confessional, "I endeavor to foster a connection between him and his father, despite his father's unequivocal alignment. In Paedon's presence, I maintain a facade of optimism, suggesting that resolution is possible. But in reality, I remain skeptical."

Christine summed up the prevailing atmosphere with somberness, "Once more, our family is fracturing. It appears that a permanent schism is inevitable."

Robyn stands as the final wife in Kody's lineup, following the dissolution of his unions with Christine, Janelle, and Meri, aged 52. The repercussions of these separations have inflicted profound emotional turmoil on the family, perpetuating a palpable sense of division.

Janelle, in a recent joint interview with Christine, elucidated, "None of our children have chosen to embrace polygamy. Moreover, most have distanced themselves from the mainstream LDS church, thereby not adhering to the Mormon faith. Throughout their upbringing, we emphasized the importance of a personal connection with a higher power. The complexity of polygamy necessitates strong religious convictions, which they simply lack."

To this, Christine added, "Several of our offspring have borne witness to the difficulties intrinsic to polygamous unions, coupled with the pain of separation. They recognize the arduous nature of this lifestyle and resolutely reject it."
