During any renovation though, it's imperative to keep costs down - here, we take a look at ways you can keep costs down during the process...
Budget
Before you get started, it’s essential to settle on a budget. Decide what you can afford on your renovation project. This way, you can plan how much money you can afford to set aside for each part of the extension or redecoration. By doing this, you can ensure that costs are kept low and you get the most for your money.
Prepare for living
The cost of a renovation project doesn’t end when you’ve finished fixing up the house. If you’ve extended or increased the size of your home, heating and energy costs may also rise.
