A very painful, and one might say, hydra-head infection of the skin, called eczema,

It's referred to as the "layer of milk." This affection is. marked by the excretion of small pustules on the skin, and is, in fact, the most common of skin problems. The interest that this disease generates in hair can be. gauged now.

When we see that the hair is. involved in an abnormal. condition of the skin and the excretion from eczema. a pistol will cause the hair to become complex, lumpy, and weak. Especially in young children, the scalp can become a combination of bruises and cut hair,

And if ignored, this disease does not lead to baldness, but hair weakness.
