Once upon a time, there was a little girl named Lily. She loved to play with her toys, but she didn't like to share them. Whenever she had friends over to play, she always kept her toys to herself and didn't want to share.

One day, Lily's mom took her to the park to play with her friend, Emily. They ran around and played on the swings, and Lily had a great time. But when they got back to Emily's house to play, Lily started to have a hard time sharing.

Emily had a really cool toy, a doll that could sing and dance. Lily wanted to play with it, but Emily didn't want to share. Lily got upset and started to cry, and Emily's mom noticed. She said, "Lily, it's important to share with your friends. It's a kind thing to do, and it makes everyone happy. Maybe you can take turns playing with the toy?"

Lily didn't want to take turns, but she didn't want to be upset either. She decided to give it a try, and she was surprised by how much fun it was to play together. They laughed and sang songs with the doll, and Lily realized that sharing was actually really nice.

The next day, Lily had a playdate with her friend Jack. They played with her toys, but Lily was still having a hard time sharing. Jack wanted to play with her favorite toy, a stuffed bear, but Lily didn't want to give it up. Jack got upset and started to cry, and Lily's mom noticed. She said, "Lily, remember how much fun it was to share with Emily yesterday? It's important to be a good friend and share with others. Maybe you can find something else to play with together?"

Lily didn't want to give up her bear, but she didn't want Jack to be upset. She looked around and found some other toys they could play with together. They built a fort with blocks and played a game with some cars. They had so much fun, and Lily realized that playing with friends was even better than playing alone.

Over time, Lily started to get better at sharing. She would let her friends play with her toys, and she would even let them borrow things to take home. She realized that sharing made her feel good inside, and it made her friends happy too.

One day, Lily's mom took her to a birthday party for one of her friends. They played games and had cake, and it was a lot of fun. But then it was time for the presents, and Lily's friend opened a really cool toy. Lily wanted to play with it, but so did all the other kids. They were all reaching for it, and it looked like it was going to turn into a big fight.

Lily remembered what her mom had taught her about sharing, and she decided to be a good friend. She said, "Let's take turns playing with it. We can all have a chance!" The other kids agreed, and they all took turns playing with the toy. It was so much fun, and Lily felt proud of herself for being a good friend.

As the party was coming to an end, Lily's friend's mom came over and said, "Lily, I just want to say how impressed I am with you. You were such a good friend today, and you really know how to share. Your friend is lucky to have you."

Lily beamed with happiness. She realized that being a good friend and sharing with others was really important. It made everyone happy, and it made her feel good too.

From then on, Lily made sure to always be a good friend and share with others. She realized that playing with friends was more fun than playing alone
