Haha, Papi Chula, Esq. ??😲😆 Playing Detective with me and Mommy again?

You're relentless, Brian, like "Perry Mason," as cagey as "Matlock" ...

You need a room of "12 Angry Men" to save me from walking "The Green Mile" like a "Dead Man Walking."

Me and Mommy used to be "The Bold and The Beautiful" ... now I'm a half brave "Lion King" and Mommy is still BooooTeaFull.

I had to go through "Logan's Run" to be "Sleepless in Seattle" with her, but not before I was "Lost in Yonkers" while trying to "Do The Right Thing," cos "She's Gotta Have It."

Our "Close Encounters of the Third Kind" is what led to you being "Born Free" as free as a bird. Luckily you weren't "Gone With The Wind" cos "On Any Sunday" we'd be doting on you all day long.

Before you were born we were all preparing like you were "The Golden Child." Your Grandma and Grandpa Cleary in Jamaica would be "Coming To America" with love in their hearts.

I had to stop running with the "Boyz In The Hood" cos after you were born our life became "About A Boy."

From the time you knew what a car was you became a "Baby Driver," and as you grew I knew you were "Driven" to become THE car guy in the family... well my son, what started as "Mission Impossible" you achieved it. Your "Toy Story" was always about "Cars."

You may not be the "Seventh Son," but you're MY "Fortunate Son."

I know I'm not fat or always jolly and may have been a "Bad Santa" a few times, but you know I love, "Brian of Locksley."

You stride with confidence like an "Urban Cowboy."

The "Friends" you've made along the way elevate you to a "Vanilla Sky" altitude, where you search for "The Fault In Our Stars" and having found none you seek a good person to provide and share with you an "Endless Love."

But when you find her she has to make sure she's into drag racing, a passion you have since your first Lincoln Mark VIII and your YT handle "Raging Bull." You're a student of the game whose passion for the sport led you to study the best racers, all the way back to NRHA's "Inception."

Uncle Doug is proud to know you followed his racing footsteps.

Will your new Nephew cross the "Fences" and follow you down the quarter mile? "Heaven Only Knows," kid.

"There Will Be Blood" from this family going into some form of racing. Whether it's "Supercross" or even if he is "Motocrossed," Baby Andrew will NOT be "Driving Miss Daisy." Haha.

The Ricky Bobby gene is "In Too Deep" and the thought of making a lot of "Dead Presidents" for doing what he may be doing for fun anyway is always attractive.

I know your sister would prefer I "Don't Say Anything" rather than "Say Anything" in regards to Little Man racing. I'd be happy if he just lives a healthy life. Whether fishing and "Finding Nemo" is his thing, or becoming a "Wolf of Wall Street," the choices are his and his alone. We have got his back and we also have yours.

"A Walk In The Sun" in an exotic location is what I dream for you, "Casablanca" maybe, or "Australia" or even chasing women with "The Boys From Brazil." One bit of advice though, stay away from the "Gangs of New York," those guys are really "Bad News Bears."

Your lineage is from Africans, Arawak natives, and immigrated Irish. You, Sir, are proudly "Made In The USA," 1st generation, with good old "New York, New York" as the backdrop.

You're "The Kid From The Big Apple" of my "American Pie."

"God's Not Dead" and I want you to know you can believe you have "Someone To Watch Over Me" on a personal level.

I appreciate you Sir Brian, you are the best. Your are the Soul that made a couple a family "Under One Roof.

Love always,

Dad

Post Script : I'm brand new Vocal. I'm impressed with the writers not so much the website and Admins. I was told this piece wasn't published because it wasn't 600 words...when I checked it was 685 words. I was told to add title and sub title...the piece already HAS both. ???
As for the content, you've watched a movie in the last decade you'll recognize the quotes are all movie titles. Hope it made sense to you guys. Write on.
