Life is full of challenges and obstacles and every person faces their own unique problems. Although our goal is the same, the way we approach that goal and the way we face difficulties varies greatly from person to person. In this article, what are the problems and challenges faced by each individual? We will explore the differences in how people understand and manage them, and the importance of understanding and valuing the differences.

It's easy for all of us to fall into the trap of comparing ourselves to others. Our struggles may seem overwhelming compared to theirs. Looking at his struggle situation, we can think, "They have not suffered as much as I am suffering". But this mindset leaves us unable or unaware of the complexities of our challenges and how they affect us on a personal level.

For example, let's consider a goal. Let's say the target has 4 people. While the ultimate goal is the same for everyone, the path to reach that goal varies greatly. Some may have a direct path due to experience, while some may encounter unexpected obstacles in their chosen path, and may face many hardships. The only difference is how they reach the goal based on unique circumstances such as attitude, support and personal preferences to start their journey towards the goal but the destination they ultimately arrive at is the same.

This analogy can be applied to many aspects of life, for example from career to personal relationships. Everyone faces their own challenges and tribulations, and how they approach the obstacles will determine what happens next. It is important to recognize that what may seem like a small obstacle to one person may be a huge obstacle to another.

Also, our personal experiences shape how we perceive and respond to challenges. For example, a person who has experienced trauma may approach a difficult situation with increased anxiety and fear or know how to deal with it, while someone who hasn't experienced trauma can get through it without any anxiety or experience great mental distress. It depends on the strength of one's mind.

As such we cannot say that one person's response is better or worse than another, rather our personal histories and experiences play a significant role in shaping us.

The way we approach the challenges we face may change over time. This means that when we grow up, we may learn new coping mechanisms to deal with the problems we encountered in our youth, or time may have taught us how to correct the mistakes we made. In addition, external factors such as changes in our environment or supports may have taught us how to approach and overcome challenges.

Therefore, it is imperative to avoid making assumptions about other people's challenges and experiences. Without fully understanding or relating to someone else's situation, we cannot and should not treat their struggles as less important.

Second, we should aim to approach our challenges without relating to others. It's okay to struggle, it's okay to take a different path or approach than what others are following. Because it might be right on the path they started on, we don't know the path they started on.

So finding people who can support us can be incredibly helpful in navigating challenges. Whether it's talking to a trusted friend or family member or seeking professional help, those who need help have many questions.

Finally, everyone's problem is unique, and it's important to approach other people's unique challenges with understanding and compassion. Let's take decisions alone without comparing our problems with others. Let's take advice from others and adapt it to fit our lives and we too will succeed.
