In my opinion, the importance of spoken English for kids is to make sure that you are the speech clarity of your child is as clear as possible. They should understand the words that they are hearing. They should be able to repeat those words back to you if they get the wrong ones.

You should be able to repeat them several times, as well as using the word to try to pronounce it correctly.
