Why I Picked Eduleem as My Interior Design Institute in Bangalore
Discover how Eduleem helped me transform my passion for design into a rewarding career.

Not long ago, I was working in digital marketing handling social media accounts, running ad campaigns, and spending most of my day in front of a laptop. While the job was fine, deep down, I felt like something was missing. I wanted a career that let me express creativity in a more hands-on way.
That’s when interior design came into the picture.
I’ve always loved home décor, arranging furniture, and imagining how spaces could look better. Slowly, this interest grew into something more serious, and I began thinking about switching careers. It wasn’t an easy decision, but I knew I wanted to do something I truly enjoyed.
Once I was sure, I started looking for an interior design institute in Bangalore. I visited websites, made phone calls, collected brochures, and even visited a couple of institutes. Some were good, but nothing really clicked.
Then one day, while scrolling through Instagram, I came across a reel from Eduleem. It showed students doing practical work, attending site visits, and participating in workshops. I was curious, so I clicked on the ad and submitted my details.
Within a short time, someone from Eduleem called me. They were polite and gave me all the necessary details course structure, fees, topics covered, and more. They also invited me to visit the institute for a free demo session.
I went with my parents, and the experience felt different. The staff was welcoming, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. The demo session I attended gave me confidence that I was in the right place. The trainer spoke in a way that was easy to follow, and the content felt structured and professional. That day, I decided to take admission.
The first three months were focused on theory. We learned the fundamentals design principles, color theory, space planning, furniture styles, and materials. What made it enjoyable was how engaging the classes were. We often had discussions, group activities, and small assignments that helped me grasp the concepts better.
Then came the practical phase. Over the next six months, I got to work on real-time design problems. I remember designing a modular kitchen as one of my first assignments. I made a few mistakes initially, but with guidance from my trainer, I improved. I learned tools like SketchUp and AutoCAD, and gradually started feeling more confident in my skills.
One of the highlights was the factory visit. Seeing how furniture is actually made from cutting plywood to applying laminates gave me a new level of understanding. I also got to know about different materials, finishes, and hardware.
Eduleem also arranged a workshop with experienced interior designers. They shared their stories, career advice, and tips for handling clients. That session inspired me a lot and gave me a clearer picture of what life as an interior designer looks like.
The final three months were the internship period. I got assigned to a live 2BHK residential project. I worked on layout planning, went on site visits with senior designers, and even interacted with clients and vendors. It was the first time I truly felt like an interior designer.
After completing the course, I received placement support from Eduleem. Thanks to their efforts, I landed a job at a startup interior design company. The experience I gained during the course made my transition into this role smooth and exciting.
Looking back, choosing Eduleem as my interior design institute in Bangalore was one of the best decisions I’ve made. It gave me the skills, confidence, and support I needed to start a new chapter in my life. If you’re considering a similar path, just know it’s never too late to follow your passion.
