Young people are the hope of the nation, the successors and builders of the country's future. In the new era, how can education take on the historical mission of training future builders? On the one hand, our education coincides with the era of openness and innovation, and thus has the historical opportunity to achieve self-renewal and self-transcendence; on the other hand, our education is also faced with dilemmas and problems that must be overcome, which are mainly reflected in the following: one-way examination-based education affects the all-round development and trait development of young people, the complicated online world and the plurality of values affect the values, outlook on life and happiness of young people, and the poor educational resources in backward regions affect the educational level of local young people. The lack of educational resources in backward areas affects the educational level of local youth.

There is a saying that the problem is the voice of the times and action is the best care.

Our education is in urgent need of reform and improvement, and the latest programmatic documents promulgated by the state, such as China Education Modernization 2035 and Implementation Program for Accelerating Education Modernization (2018-2022), outline a grand blueprint and implementation program for education in the new era. The modernization education program puts forward that cultivating socialist builders and successors who are well-rounded in moral, intellectual, physical, social, and aesthetic development is the fundamental task of education work. Eight basic education concepts are highlighted, namely, morality first, comprehensive development, orientation to all, lifelong learning, teaching according to the material, unity of knowledge and action, integrated development, and common construction and sharing, which clarify the direction and path for education in the new era. So, how can these educational concepts be translated into educational practice to cultivate well-rounded future successors and builders of society? China Education Modernization 2035 puts forward a general plan: it must be rooted in China, integrated with China and abroad, based on the times and facing the future, drawing nutrients from China's excellent educational traditions, actively absorbing and learning from international advanced experiences, and guiding education modernization with new development concepts and educational ideas.

Education

The prospect of realizing the ideal of education modernization in the new era is promising, but it is a long way to go. It means the renewal of the current education model. The question we must ponder is: how to transform education from a "limited" education to a "complete" education? This transformation is not only a question of the times but also the inevitable direction of education in the future. Here, I would like to offer a few visions of modern education and aesthetic education.

Input love and respect, output passion and power. Someone compared it like this: Education is like a tiny reed pipe; if you infuse bitter juice from this end, what flows out at the other end is never sweet nectar either. The people we want to raise are caring, passionate, and with a sense of purpose, depending on the way our education treats them.

In ancient times, there was Confucius, the first teacher, and in modern times, there is Tao Xingchi, the educator who proposed that "Love fills the world". Although the education of love and respect is invisible, but the infectious power of human temperament and character is really visible, Mr. Fu Lei's education can be called exemplary, his son Fu Cong in response to his father's letter home has this sentence: "No minute I am wasted, no point of warmth - whether brought by the sun or the laughter of innocent children on the street, does not reverberate in my heart." The power of education of love and respect is evident.

Although teachers' love for their students is real and concrete and highly influential, the current education model's evaluation system, educational goals, and educational space all influence the way teachers teach, so the education system needs to be more flexible. If the subtext of education is: "beat others to succeed," once this becomes the creed of life for the taught, it is bound to give rise to pragmatism and pragmatism. On the contrary, if the recipient is accepted from childhood and shares the happiness of the education process itself, his vision and thinking will be open to others and humanity, and he will have an open spiritual pattern.

Building a reasonable life with virtue as the root. The recently promulgated "Constitution of the Chinese Youth Pioneer Corps (Amendment)" sets forth the expectations for children and youth: "to establish ambitious ideals, cultivate good morals, study diligently for knowledge, exercise strong physical fitness, cultivate the spirit of labor, learn to be pioneers and grow up to be pioneers," and "to grow up to be the new man of the age who can assume the responsibility of national rejuvenation. They should grow up to be the new man of the times who can take up the great responsibility of national rejuvenation. This is the ardent expectation of the state for the all-round development of young people. How can we achieve this goal in education?

Regarding the future of education in China, Mr. Tao Xingchi once proposed the concept of "life is education" and advocated that education should "cultivate a reasonable life" for young people. Thus, to avoid formalism, education should be brought back to life if we want to put morality first and develop the whole person. In particular, the cultivation of virtue comes from life, from the nourishment of the love of life, such as home, country, family, and friendship. Mr. Mou Zongsan said in "The Learning of Life": "Human beings have life, have roots, do not hang empty, and then there is the daily human life. Separation is the pain of gloom and doom; reunion is the joy of wanderers returning to their roots. Expatriates have nostalgic thoughts, and homes have the nurturing of heavenly life. At this time, people are prone to concrete nostalgia, and the people's virtue returns to thick." In this sense, character education must return to the education of life. The common human virtue genes of benevolence, righteousness, propriety, wisdom, and faith can only give birth to concrete virtues in life. For young people, the cultivation of character not only comes from school education but also from family education and social education. Therefore, it is not enough to confine oneself to school education alone, so it is necessary to let young people go into society and let the quality resources of society be integrated into campus culture and transformed into life practice, forming an education ecology that organically links school and society.

Aesthetic education is an education for everyone. A person's life is like a seed, dreaming that one day it will blossom into a beautiful flower, bear fruit, and realize the integrity of his or her life, and this process of self-realization is "becoming what it is.

The educational concepts of "for all", "all-round development", and "teaching according to one's ability" in the "Modernization of Chinese Education 2035" reflect the pursuit of education in a civilized society. "For all" means that education should reach every corner like sunlight, with no one left out and equal opportunities; "all-round development" means that every young person should have all-round development in moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, and social aspects; and "teaching according to ability" means that education should ensure that every young person has the right to education. "All-round development" means that education should pay attention to each person's interests, characteristics, and potentials based on "all-round development", and give different education methods and enough space for development so that their characteristics and potentials can be fully developed and people can move towards self-discovery, self-appreciation, and self-actualization. The path to self-discovery, self-appreciation, and self-actualization.

The excellence of life is reflected in the fact that, on the one hand, we can be virtuous as social beings and, on the other hand, we can fully realize our potential. We look forward to the future of modern education in China, and believe that young people will live up to the expectations of the motherland: their hearts are full, their knowledge is rich, and their bodies are healthy; their qualities are fully developed, and the material and spiritual wealth they create strengthens the country, benefits mankind, and fulfills themselves; they do not admire glory and pursue a meaningful life; they are not tempted by low-class interests, and have a rich They have a rich and noble spiritual world because they are not tempted by low-class interests. They have realized the excellence of life, and their happiness is one with the happiness of society. They are loved by the world, and they will give love to the world.
