Unlocking the Mysteries Behind Theta Brainwave......

Your Brain Has Been Hiding Something

By Candy Marie HendersonPublished 2 years ago 2 min read

Nikola Tesla advised “If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of frequency and vibration”

Yes, our man Nikolas was definitely onto something.……….

So friends, just how many of you have honestly heard of the “Theta” brainwaves located in your head?

(silence, with the exception of the crickets chirping)

Well, your gonna learn today friends.

#INTRODUCTION:

Brainwaves are the electrical impulses in the brain that vary in frequency and amplitude. They play a crucial role in how we think, feel, and function. Theta brainwaves, in particular, are associated with deep relaxation, creativity, and emotional healing. Understanding and harnessing the power of theta brainwaves can lead to significant personal and professional benefits. These brainwaves oscillate at frequencies between 4 to 8 Hz. These virtually unknown parts of our brain are a most fascinating subject within neuroscience and psychology.

##WHAT ARE THETA BRAINWAVES?

Theta brainwaves are one of the five main types of brainwaves, which also include delta, alpha, beta, and gamma waves. Each type corresponds to different states of brain activity:

- **Delta Waves**: 0.5–4 Hz, associated with deep sleep.

- **Theta Waves**: 4–8 Hz, linked to deep relaxation, meditation, and creativity.

- **Alpha Waves**: 8–13 Hz, related to relaxed focus.

- **Beta Waves**: 13–30 Hz, connected to active thinking.

- **Gamma Waves**: 30–100 Hz, involved in higher cognitive processes.

##THE SCIENCE BEHIND THETA BRAINWAVES

Theta waves are typically prominent during REM sleep, deep meditation, and creative processes. Neuroscientists measure these brainwaves using electroencephalography (EEG), which detects electrical activity in the brain. Studies suggest that theta waves play a crucial role in memory formation, emotional processing, and problem-solving .

##THE 3000 DAY NASA STUDY

NASA studied the theta brainwave. NASA wanted to measure the brainpower of future rocket scientists, so they studied a group of children. Their results were shocking!!

98% of the kids scored at creative genius levels, 5 years later NASA tests same children, now only 30% of them scored at a creative genius level. By the time these children were teenagers, that 30% became a staggering 12%!

What about adults, you ask. Great question! Given the same tests, less than 2% of adults scored at the creative genius levels. (smh) But WHY?

It turns out if you look at a child's consciousness with an EEG machine, you can see their brainwaves. And what you will see is a child's Theta brainwave is VERY active! Now, take a glance at an adults theta and you'll find it is virtually non existent, its like its been suppressed.

##4 SCIENCE BACKED WAYS TO ACTIVATE YOUR THETA BRAINWAVE-(these are four ways we know for a fact will turn on your THETA wave)

MEDITATION- twice a day for 20 minutes total and you will begin to turn it on.

WAKE UP AT 4am- I guess its a well known fact that MANY billionaires keep this 4am schedule. And it does effect the theta in a most positive way.

USE A BIOFEEDBACK MACHINE- In person sessions start at $300 per hour. To purchase your own machine, a cool $7000.00.

OR FOR 7 MINUTES A DAY YOU CAN LISTEN TO THIS SPECIALLY DEVELOPED SOUNDWAVE-see below and click

### **Conclusion**

The future of brainwave research holds exciting possibilities for enhancing our mental and emotional well-being. Embrace the power of theta brainwaves through regular practice and explore the benefits they offer in your personal and professional life .
