Plot
Two Diplomatic Security Service (DSS) specialists are killed while attempting to capture a folder case trade occurring in a United Nations parking structure. The homicides are gotten on a surveillance camera, yet the criminal breaks with highly classified data.
Months after the fact, tow transporter Mark Warren is captured for an unlawful weapons ownership charge following a vehicular crash in Chicago. Through a finger impression check, the police confirm that he is really government outlaw Mark Roberts, needed for a crime. That evening, Roberts loads up a detainee transport airplane back to New York through Memphis, offering the trip to Supervisory Deputy U.S. Marshal Samuel Gerard, who is accompanying detainees disconnected to Roberts' case.
