what happens when you're a normal broke college student with a grand total of four thousand dollars to your name in this case you find two other broke college guys and you build a laundromat that makes over three million dollars per year so today I want to introduce to you mark the most profitable laundromat owner that I've ever met not only has he built one of the most profitable laundromat locations that I've ever seen he's done it in one of the most competitive markets in the world Austin Texas my laundromat's on track to do about a hundred and twenty thousand dollars this year which is great for a guy from Ohio with no college education but here's the thing I've had hundreds of thousands of people across dozens of videos telling me that they think that this is about all the laundromats capable of making after seeing this laundromat in person I'm convinced that a competent laundromat operator can make millions of dollars per year as long as it's got a guy like Mork running it it could even make a heck of a lot more than that now let me say there's a giant catch to these multi-million dollar producing laundromats hedge funds are coming after them and fantastic laundromat locations like morks created and they'll spare no expense to run them out of business if you turn your dreams into reality this mindset will make you incredible amounts of money down the road after meeting the team I'm so confident that this is just their beginning they're ready to scale and they're ready to take over a new market so let's dive in I'm here in Austin Texas to show you the most profitable laundromat in the world this is one of the best operations that I have ever seen when it comes to a laundromat in my life hey what's up I'm Brandon nice to meet you you want to see around absolutely ready to do some laundry yeah let's do some laundry here all right what is like your favorite part of this I like that no one's doing it five years ago when we started we tried to Outsource to local laundromats okay we'll get the orders let us come drop it off uh we'll wholesale it to you and we'll do the delivery okay and almost all of them said delivery will never work out I'm not hiring another employee blah blah blah blah blah this floor space here is 5 000 total square feet and you have a additional expansion your Warehouse down there so can you tell me how many machines you have and how many dryers in the 5 000 square foot laundromat we've got 64 washers 64 dryers and then back of house is we have another 2 000 square feet and that's employees only it's warehousing Logistics that's where all the drivers back everything I'll show you that yeah we'll go see that how many employees currently does the fold employee and your laundromat operation to do the Ohio crossover probably just under 50. uh some are super part-time like nights and weekends only okay and some are super full time uh the impressive part about that is we've got six full-time salaried managers on profit share like well one laundromat in the world that was probably my best question how the heck on Earth do you manage 50 people that are even super far times yeah so really robust Metal Management layer and then in Houston we have another about 20 so total head count of the company between two cities probably 70 to 73 yeah foreign [Music] success they found a way to reach those higher income earners who aren't normal laundromat customers usually those people do laundry at their own home well Mark has turned them into a pickup and delivery customer that opens up a huge New Market for his locations and that's their secret Mark's an extremely smart guy with a great team and they didn't just identify the market they've spent the last five years Building Systems to create this new vertical from scratch those systems are what allows him to handle all of this laundry in just one location here's our warehouse oh my goodness there's laundry everywhere this is all dirty laundry I'll show you more dirty laundry we got dirty laundry everywhere that's awesome this is dirty laundry this is stuff we might get to tonight but don't have to get to tonight okay and this is all the clean laundry that is getting staged for delivery tomorrow once it gets folded it has an assignment number packing location someone comes in here and has an order for Brooke they know to put it at racking location one one two one okay they leave it there it's done and then the next day the drivers come in they open up their app and they don't have to go searching for truck they can just say go to one one two one and take it to this address and they load the van up like a FedEx driver going a big milk right around the city so this is uh these are the bags the ship that's running right now will run till 2 A.M um and they will fill all of this up and you can see the blank spots and it runs all the way to the front Okay this will get all the way filled up and then we will move all the dirty clothes into rotation for tomorrow
