His colleagues admired his ability to handle pressure, and his superiors saw him as a man who always delivered. But one fateful project would test his values like never before. A Crucial Decision The company had secured a massive contract to build a luxury residential complex in the heart of the city. The deadline was tight, and the budget was stretched. Investors were growing impatient, and the pressure on Oliver was immense. One evening, as he reviewed the progress reports, his assistant, Daniel, hesitated before speaking. "Oliver, there’s a problem with the foundation work. The quality of materials doesn’t meet the required standards. If we continue, it could lead to structural weaknesses in the future."
