Around 15% of Kyiv is without power because of a crisis slice to the power supply following a Russian rocket assault Thursday, the capital's City hall leader Vitali Klitschko said on Message.

Blasts were heard in southwestern Kyiv on Thursday, City chairman Vitali Klitschko said on his authority Message account.
