Getting Jobs in the UK is not difficult as you think

The United Kingdom (UK) has the sixth-largest economy in the world along with a thriving market. It is also a highly globalized economy with London being the financial nerve center of the country. It has the headquarters of some of the top Fortune 500 companies in the world. Companies belonging to Finance, IT, service industries have their offices in the UK, making the country, and particularly London, attractive for highly skilled graduates.

Although 2020 has been a difficult year for most of the large economies of the world, there have been signs of recovery since the end of the year. After a period of relative lull, employers have started hiring again. There were 862,000 job vacancies in the April-June quarter, 2021, much higher than the pre-pandemic level. There has also been a growth of 7.3% in the average total pay of employees. All in all, this is a great time to look for a job in the UK, regardless of your nationality.

If you are looking for job opportunities in the UK, we have got you covered. While you may think that landing your dream job may be a tough task, we will share all the tips and tricks that will help you find one in no time.

Alternately, you can also opt for an internship programme, which can typically run for a week to 12 months. During this period, you acquire relevant skills and also get paid for your work. Dedicated organizations, such as AISEC UK, BUNAC CRCC Asia etc, facilitate internships for international students.

Opt for a 2-year post-education work permit

International students who have completed undergraduate or a Master’s degree can opt for a 2-year work permit, which has to be applied for separately.
