In that procession the government lethal forces repressed. The first international women's conference was held on February 26, 1909, in New York under the auspices of the Social Democrat Women's Organization, led by German Socialist leader Clara Jenkin. Clara was a German politician; One of the architects of the German Communist Party. Copenhagen, Denmark hosted the Second International Women's Conference in 1910.

It was attended by 100 women delegates from 16 countries. Clara proposed that International Women's Day be observed annually on March 8. Women's Equal Rights Day was established in 1911 AD, so it became a national holiday. Socialists from different countries came forward to celebrate the day. Since 1914, March 8 has been celebrated in several countries. This day has been celebrated in Bangladesh since before independence in 1971. Then on March 7, 1985, international recognition was given. The United Nations has called on various nations to observe the day. Since then, the day has been celebrated all over the world with the intention of reaffirming the belief in equal rights for women. Each country has its own way of celebrating International Women's Day.

The theme for International Women's Day 2022:

Each year, a different theme is chosen for this day. International Women's Day was first observed in 1996 with a specific theme. Throughout this year's event, women will be focusing on leadership: ensuring equal outcomes in a COVID-19 world. Women can be equally involved in the decision-making process, especially in policy-making, so this theme is being made public. Not only that, according to the needs of the situation, one of the aims of this theme is to present the efforts of women for an equal future and recovery from epilepsy.

According to the UN, only three nations have half or more of their parliaments comprised of women. Women hold 22 of the world's top office positions. Even in 119 countries of the world, women have never had the opportunity to play the role of head of state. The United Nations has also stated that considering the current rate of development and gender equality, it is clear that women will not be able to secure their place in parliament before 2063.

Covid 19 Extremes and the Role of Women:

This exaggeration has shown positive results in providing leadership to women. Women have led several successful and efficient processes during the coronavirus epidemic. They have played a leading role in the battle of human civilization with Atimari. Whether involved in the medical field or scientists, doctors, nurses — in all cases their presence has improved the situation. However, according to a report released by the United Nations, the top female Corona fighters are being paid 11 percent less than their male counterparts worldwide. Which reveals the inequality of the pay structure.

According to the 2022 United Nations Development Program, 43.5 crore women and girls are earning less than 135 rupees a day. Again, the Corona Extreme Period has pushed 4.6 crores, women, into poverty. The report also says that women's jobs are 19 percent more at risk than men's.

Not only that, according to the World Economic Forum, 80 percent of women work in the medical field, but only 24.6 percent of health ministers are women.
