School days can be some of the most stressful, tiring, and important days of your life. You constantly have homework, always feel like you have to do more, and are contemplating what you would like to do with your life in the future. This is an article to help you along the way with your school life or a guide of what to tell your children to help them get through it.

First of all, don't try and be someone you're not. Lots of people change during high school mainly for popularity or just because they are worried of what people think. Don't worry about it; you are you. I agree friends are a very important way of staying happy during school but if they don't accept who you are then they aren't respectful to you. Be careful with the friends you choose don't get yourself stuck in the wrong situation try and find people with interests similar to yours. I am not implying that you should only be friends with an identical twin but make sure you have at least two or three things in common.

Secondly, don't have a bad attitude to learning and school in general. It can affect the way universities look at you in your interviews and disturb other members of your class. Your teachers have to waste time in there lessons to deal with your behaviour which can lead to other students not learnings as much as they should be. Your reports will have low marks and your parents will not be impressed and you will have let yourself down.
