Since then, Instagram stop creating this app for kids. YouTube and other platforms already offer a variety of content geared toward children, some of which contains advertisements. As a result, we might see outlets that target younger audiences in the future without any legal intervention. Platforms like YouTube already have a huge section dedicated to children, with content that sometimes does contain advertisements. So, without legal intervention, we could certainly be seeing outlets that focus on younger audiences in the future.

4. Biggest Advertising Platform

Social media platforms are a gold mine for advertisement. Whenever you are on any social media channels, you have seeing ads to pops out from anywhere anytime. The more social media gets popular, the more companies offer millions of dollars for showing their advertisements on social media platforms. You cannot achieve the same return on investment with traditional media or print media as you can with social media marketing and advertising. As an expectation, users might be going to see social media becomes the biggest advertising platform.
