• Keep your NEET preparation study plan short and straightforward.

• Know your limits and stretch accordingly. There’s no got to drown in caffeine to remain awake till late at night.

Focus on core subjects

• As NEET is a three-hour long exam that includes three sections – physics, chemistry, and biology, one should pay equal attention to these subjects. The exam tests a student’s strength in all these subjects.

• A total of 200 questions is asked- 90 from biology and 45 each from physics and chemistry.

• A total of 10 questions is asked from General Knowledge and Aptitude sections.

• Every the correct answer would get plus four marks and every incorrect answer results in a negative mark. Questions that are not attempted do not have any penalty marks.

Do not take extreme pressure:

• It is always advised to stay positive when the exam day is near and also when you are appearing for the exam.

• Do not panic and try to avoid silly mistakes during the exam.

Clear Doubts:

• Resolve your doubts quickly. Do not delay topics in which you have doubts and do not pick such topics in the last few days of the exam.

• In case you have doubt or queries in any question ask and clear it from your respective faculty within time.

Have a Target in your Mind

As a prelude to your NEET PG preparation, the first and foremost thing for you to do is to set a goal. Take a pen and a chart paper and write your goal on it in bold letters. Find a comfortable place in your room to study and paste it near your study area. Setting a goal and seeing it, again and again, will cajole to get to work.

Define Your Strategy and devise a Study Plan

After you have set your goal, devise a plan to go about reaching that goal. Here the first thing you need to do is to understand what the NEET PG exam is all about and be thorough with the topics in the syllabus. • Make monthly, weekly, daily, and hourly plans.

• Divide the number of days you wish to give to each topic.
