When I first entered the Institute of Business Administration, I was filled with excitement and eagerness to eventually get into the corporate world. However, that excitement soon turned to disappointment when I received my grades at the end of my first semester. I had not done well and my GPA was too low to continue my studies. Being kicked out of business school at the age of 19 due to a low GPA in my first semester was a devastating blow to my confidence and self-esteem, since I had worked hard to get into the Institute of Business Administration, and I was determined to succeed.

I remember the day I received the news that I had been kicked out of school. I felt like a failure, and I was filled with shame and embarrassment. I didn't know what to do next. I felt like giving up, but something inside of me refused to accept defeat. Getting kicked out of business school was not an easy pill to swallow. I had let my parents down, who had worked hard to provide me with this opportunity. I was also disappointed in myself for not living up to my own expectations.

I spent the next year reflecting on my experience and trying to figure out what went wrong. I realized that I had taken on too much and hadn't managed my time effectively. I had also struggled with some of the coursework and hadn't sought help when I needed it.

Despite the setbacks, I was determined to get back into school and prove myself. I worked hard to improve my study habits and sought out additional resources, such as tutoring and study groups. I also took some time to explore my interests and passions, which helped me to gain a better sense of direction and purpose.

Finally, after a year of hard work and perseverance, I reapplied to the Institute of Business Administration. I was nervous and uncertain, but I knew that I had done everything in my power to make a positive change.

To my delight, I was accepted back into the school! I felt a sense of relief and excitement that I had never experienced before. It was a second chance, and I was determined to make the most of it.

Over the next few years, I continued to work hard and improve my academic performance. I also took on leadership roles in student organizations and sought out internships and other opportunities to gain real-world experience. I was determined to prove to myself and others that I was capable of succeeding.

Eventually, I graduated from the Institute of Business Administration, and in my senior year, I landed my first job at Nestle, a multinational food and beverage company. It was a dream come true, and I felt a sense of pride and accomplishment that I had never experienced before. It was a validation of all the hard work and perseverance that I had put in over the years.

Looking back on my experience, I am grateful for the setbacks that I faced. They taught me the value of resilience and a never-give-up attitude. They also taught me the importance of seeking help when I need it and taking the time to reflect and learn from my mistakes.

In conclusion, the journey from being kicked out of business school to getting admission in that same school again and eventually landing my dream job at Nestle was not an easy one.

If you find yourself facing a setback or failure, I encourage you to remember that it's not the end of the road. It's an opportunity to learn, grow, and become stronger. Keep pushing forward, and never give up on your dreams. With hard work, perseverance, and a positive attitude, anything is possible.
