As a result, it is crucial to acknowledge and discontinue their consumption, particularly if you have children who are still developing. The reason being that these foods have the potential to gradually impair their nervous system, thus hindering their intellectual growth. To ensure their optimal cognitive development, it is imperative to eliminate these foods from their diet.

1.GARLIC

Garlic possesses potent medicinal properties, but it is crucial to differentiate between its use as a medicine and its consumption as a daily food. However, it is important to recognize that daily consumption of garlic, as a medicinal substance, should be avoided. This is because garlic significantly affects the nervous system, acting as a strong nervous stimulant. The stimulation of the nervous system may offer temporary benefits, but prolonged use of nervous stimulants can lead to a desensitized state, resulting in an inability to fully experience life.Garlic, although beneficial for the heart, cholesterol, blood pressure, and digestion, should be approached with caution. Consuming one eggplant will not immediately damage your brain. However, the concern lies in the long-term effects of regularly consuming this vegetable. The damage happens gradually and the taste of eggplant can be quite enjoyable. It is important to note that eating a single garlic clove can be fatal, so it goes without saying that you should avoid it. Similarly, eggplant has a bitter taste that may discourage you from consuming it. However, the slow damage caused by regularly eating eggplant over the next five years will undoubtedly make you intellectually duller than you are currently, especially if you have growing children in your household. Therefore, it is advisable to eliminate brinjal or eggplant from your diet to prevent compromising the intelligence of your children as they grow up.

5.CHILLI AND PEPPERS

Green pepper, red pepper, and peppercorn are beneficial for your health. However, excessive consumption of green and red peppers can have adverse effects on the digestive system. Taking a break from consuming chili for a period short period of time and then reintroducing it in small quantities can lead to immediate diarrhea. It is common for individuals from different parts of the world, when visiting India, to struggle with Indian curry due to its spiciness. This often results in spending a significant amount of time in the restroom. While the food may taste delicious to your taste buds, your stomach may not be able to handle it. The moment chili is consumed, diarrhea may occur as the body treats it as a toxin and attempts to eliminate it. However, with consistent consumption over a period of 30 days, the body can gradually adjust to the presence of chili and its associated effects. Even though the system may initially reject it, the taste buds still appreciate its flavor.
