Nagpur is one of the major cities of India . Nagpur serves as the capital of Maharashtra during the winter months. Nagpur is also called the second capital of Maharashtra. In today's post, we will tell about the beauty of Nagpur. Nagpur is a major exporter of oranges. Hence it is sometimes referred to as the Orange City of India. The city was founded in the year 18th century by a king of the Gond dynasty. Nagpur today is a beautiful picnic spot for the local as well as tourists. Here national parks, lakes, waterfalls and wildlife etc. have added to the beauty of this place. There are many places to visit in Nagpur that can attract you. But today we will tell you about some tourist places, which can attract you a lot. Also, people from far and wide come here to visit this place.

Ramtek Fort Temple -

This mythologically important temple can be found on top of a hill and surrounded by a fort. It is widely said here that Lord Rama slept in this temple before setting out to conquer Lanka. Therefore Lord Rama is revered here more than any other deity or deity. It should take about an hour and a half to travel by car from Nagpur. Raman Science Center is located at a short distance from Sitabuldi Metro Station which can be reached in about 27 minutes on foot. You can also reach Raman Science Center using public transport, which is not difficult to locate in this area.

Dhamma Chakra Stupa -

Dhamma Chakra Stupa also known as Deeksha Bhoomi, is a majestic structure with a capacity to accommodate over 5,000 persons. It stands at a height of 120 feet and is constructed of sandstone from Dholpur which includes stone and granite. Transportation is quite easy due to its proximity to Nagpur Station, which is just 2 kilometers away, and Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar International Airport, which is just 7 kilometers away. It is a popular tourist destination near Nagpur.

Ambajhari Lake -

One of Nagpur's eleven lakes and the largest of them all Ambajhari Lake can be found on the city's southwestern border in the Indian state of Maharashtra. Boating opportunities in rowboats and self-propelled paddle boats are also accessible to the guests, which adds to the joy and thrill of exploring the lake and helps them discover the scenic splendor of its surrounding area. The Swaminarayan Temple also known as the Akshardham Temple can be found on the Ring Road in Nagpur. Nagpur Bus Station and Morbhavan are the main bus stations of Nagpur.
