Having a bit of time in daily routine for our mental health is the most important for our healthy and satisfactory life.

Especially in these days when we is going through extremely busy schedules and deteriorated lifestyle, putting our physical as well as mental health on a serious concern.

Mental well-being is an extremely important and fundamental unit for building social, physical, sexual, and other many aspects of life happy, healthy, and productive.

1. Yoga 'mindfulness'

It's a basic human ability to be fully focused on the present events, conscious about what we are, and what we are doing. Whenever we bring our nervous system into a state of awareness by directly experiencing surrounding happenings via our senses.

Mindfulness can be practiced in every moment we are going through, just by focusing on the present event, but in leisure time sitting on a mat with closed eyes in a peaceful and calm environment for 20-30 minutes using all the five senses and paying attention to breathing mechanism, how air is inhaled, how lungs are being inflated and deflated.

Recent research and study about this technique show tremendous about mental health, in actually when practicing mindfulness, we are remodeling the physical structure of the brain and energizing it.

2. Improve relations / social bonding

Good relationships are incredibly important for your mental health. Relations can help you to build a sense of belonging and self-worth allow you to share positive experiences provide emotional support and allow you to support others. There are lots of things you could try to help build stronger and closer relationships:

If possible, take time each day to be with your family, for example, try arranging a fixed time to eat dinner together and arrange a day out with friends you have not seen for a while try switching off the TV to talk or play a game with your children.

This behavior creates a sense of love and bonding, which urge the production of some chemicals in the brain to have a great positive effect on brain health.

3. Physical fitness

Being physically active is not only great for your physical health and fitness, but evidence also shows it can also improve your mental well-being, by raising your self-esteem helping you to set goal challenges and achieve them causing chemical changes in your brain.

A hormone called endorphins is produced during a workout, it interacts with brain receptors to decrease the perception of pain, and stress enhances positive changes in the mood.

Physical activity also increases blood flow and neurotransmitters toward the brain.

4. Study / Learning

Study shows that those activities which sensitize our brain, like reading, drawing a map, sketch have better results on mental health.

Studying something can influence mental activities in many ways, it's one the most useful tool in growing mental power and stability.

Where we are living? What do we do? What do we learn? our surroundings greatly impact on our thinking patterns, mood, and way of life. Our brain is continuously stimulated by happenings in our daily routine.

So it's necessary for every individual's life that he/ she makes a positive and healthy environment for living to enjoy the life well.
