people say that every human being can create art. Others think only people born with the ability can create art.

Discuss both views and give your opinion.

Sample Answer 1

In the contemporary era, the topic of whether every human being can create art or only those born with artistic ability can do so is a subject of debate. While some argue that anyone can develop artistic skills, others believe that artistic talent is innate. In my opinion, both arguments have their merits, and I believe that a combination of natural talent and learned skills is necessary to create great art. Therefore, this essay will explore both views and present my perspective on the matter.

To begin with, those who believe that everyone can create art argue that artistic expression is a learned skill that can be acquired through practice and dedication. In this view, creating art is not limited to individuals with innate talent. Rather, anyone who has access to resources and has the willingness to learn can develop artistic abilities. For example, many art schools provide training and guidance to aspiring artists, regardless of their innate ability. Moreover, art is a therapeutic activity that can help people express their emotions and feelings. Thus, with hard work and dedication, anyone can become a skilled artist.

On the other hand, those who believe that artistic ability is innate argue that creative talent is something that one is born with, and it cannot be learned. In their view, a few select individuals possess the ability to create great art, while others do not. This view is supported by the fact that many famous artists, such as Picasso and Van Gogh, displayed exceptional artistic talent from a young age. Additionally, scientific studies have shown that certain parts of the brain associated with creativity and artistic expression are more developed in some individuals than others Therefore, according to this argument, not everyone can create art.

Having discussed both arguments, I believe that artistic ability is a combination of natural talent and learned skills. While some individuals may have an innate ability to create art, this talent can be refined and enhanced through education, training, and practice. Moreover, access to resources and environmental factors, such as education, culture, and social norms, play a crucial role in the development of artistic abilities. Therefore, the key to creating great art lies in a combination of natural talent, learned skills, and access to resources.

In conclusion, the debate over whether every human being can create art or only those born with artistic ability can do so has no clear answer. While some argue that anyone can become an artist with hard work and dedication, others believe that artistic talent is innate. However, in my opinion, a combination of natural talent and learned skills is necessary to create great art. Therefore, it is important to provide access to resources and education to those who wish to pursue their artistic passions, regardless of their innate ability.
