Everyone thought she just loved her shades. No one knew one of her eyes had special powers.

They think I have an addiction to shades. My shades are my eye cover. Be it one of my eyes is glass. Not an ordinary glass. Mine is not breakable. The undermining roots of this tale is all because of an owl. This is how the story goes.

We’re in the year 2033 . Upon my delivery at my birth they ; the clinical physicians understood I was blind. My parents had two choices. Make it possible I was to have robots eyes. Or, leave one of my eyes original and make one into glass. This way they’d look realistic.

It came to pass the one made out of glass used to belong to an owl before it was restructured. The surgeon never wanted to kill the bird after his decision to discect one of the owls eyes to use as mine. Therefore, they allowed the owl to live with just one eye.

This procedure meant the owl they’d chosen own vision was impaired. The owl made a decision to get his own eye back, so upon his awaking from the surgical procedure to remove his eye. Owl looked the girl with his remaining left over eye in the eye. He then flew away temporarily, but made it his duty to recover his property. Then something occurred. Owl fell in love with the glass eyed girl. He, therefore glued himself to her for the rest of his life treating her much like his wife. If one wonders what’s it like to be an owls wife. Keep in touch this may become a long song.

The glass eyed girl was now under owls eye. Unless she takes his eye out she was injected with and hands it back. The glass eyed girl had no idea her replaced eye was owls. She was an infant to mature. Somehow she became accustomed to owls company. They began to create songs. We all know an owl goes tweet-tweet-a-woo. Imagine tweeting combined with an innocent human sighing rhythmic blend. Each having a telepathic blend. Owl was now her guardian at every gate life opened. Travelling light was therefore an essential tool for flight. Usually the glass eyed girl with her owl took a special night flight. Eventually the two became quite a celebrity team, amused the crowds it seemed. Eccentricity is no more obvious in us who have no qualms about so called ordinary.

Taking one’s first breath into life is but a moment. Though none of us remember it. Entering a world full of puddles with muddles than we could ever dream of. We lie all cosy in our mothers womb. We could all be dead if we don’t have our feet on the ground, or an eye for an eye from a winged saint. Look at those born with disabilities of sorts physical or of mind disturbances. Genetically thinking. There’s plenty in the pie from your ancestors errors. Must some be a curse one tunes in or out with ? I’m certain one has to adapt. Yet, being moulded to receive organs from other source’s may hold unusual side-effects. Nature holds her palms out with desperation.

The human race is apparently short on organs for those in dire live or die circumstances. Not all of those Infants who arrive by midwifery’s fingers will be as fortunate as the glass-eyed girl.

In surrendering your soul to the holy ones. I do enquire why are you battling ? Have they dropped dead already? Some are blind to suffering entirely. Particularly amongst some stinking so called high end numbered gentleman who dance with splinters in Tramps shoes.

The most peculiar creatures roam from laboratories who wear springed corsettes. Getting twisted like my fellow sisters into wiser moving creatures. Indeed, obviously not sedated while incubated. We’ve all got owls somewhere looking after us now. Flying demons are not monitored up to specifications of the ultimate zoo keeper. Then remember this; zoos are also jails for humans who wish to be entertained. They, the boggie boogie men, don’t have the gusto to get out in the real jungle. One needs plenty of jabs then. Going into the real jungle, I’m tweeting on about. You mean you don’t understand owl language ? You soon will.

They’ll all line up to get jabs in fancy clinics. No way will they be Tarzan tomorrow. They can just about get on an aeroplane serving business class. Circuses have more eyes on them. Not just for entertainment. How on earth did any human scientist eating chow- mein go wrong ? Food for thought. Understandably work is in shifts.

Got- to. Got, to-got-to, go to eat. None are vegan thinking. Must we enquire whether these lands of so called educational means are way below great European minds then ? American ham sandwiches are still temptations ? Be it an organic made jam ham bun perhaps. It did put me off eating noodles. Rather ! Gulp ! Not that I ever felt particularly at ease with asian inclined food.

No offence I’m not being rude. There’s something very off putting to my open minded highly creative palate. I wasn’t raised in straight lines. Be it queues or t’other. The rectangular curation of diagrams becoming bends was a soul heartening relief. Even airports are straight roads to hell and back. Look at it now? I say take to the sea with wings. Follow the owl.

It seems to me they’re concerned with ticking boxes. Let’s meditate with the glass eyed girl and her owl.

Straight roads have to reach a bend or end before the next twist.

It tends to be birds don’t fly in straight lines consistently, neither do herd animals. Some travel together. Respect to one’s space and one’s mates is very defined in the animal kingdom. I wonder if the glass eyed girl can teach us something more. Now she’s labelled for life as the owls wife. For she stole his eye. It’s one way to get an animal soulmate. Bear in mind she wasn’t the real thief. The surgeon was, I suppose. Who gave consent? Her parents. Now the magic begins.

Open your eyes and your wings might take you high. Mother Nature knows a thing or two. Much more than meets the human with one or two eyes. Choose the right Glass colour well. The drinks on me.

Remember you’re in 2033
