Into the Bermuda Triangle
On September 2nd 2019, the British Royal Navy's Ice Patrol ship called the HMS protector sailed through the calm Waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Some of the ship's crew were on Deck and others were sleeping in their cabins. The captain steered the ship and looked straight at the Horizon. The sky was lit up by an orange Twilight and clouds floated in the distance. Suddenly, against this beautiful landscape, one of the sailors noticed a black silhouette of an unknown ship (the captain slowed down and steers the ship a little closer to it). This was an old cargo ship (250 feet long) that had been floating in the ocean by itself for many years (attempts to contact the crew members lead to nothing). There was no one on board at least no one alive (the deck of the ship creaked from rocking on waves). Five months later we're in a village named Bali Cotton in County Cork Ireland where a local leaves his house early in the morning to go for a daily Run. Music is playing in his headphones and fresh cool air is flowing through him while he runs along a scenic route - conditions are perfect for a good workout! There was a big storm last night, and now the sea looks calm. The man runs along the top of a low cliff and notices a huge ship. It's an old rusty cargo ship 250 feet long, lying on the beach right among the rocks. No people are on board it – it seems like the ship has been here for ages.
